As noted previously their coordinated, customer focused team approach to dentistry is really unique. Every team member from the Receptionist to the Dental Hygienist to the Dentist knows about you as a patient and understands the importance of their role in your care.
And, their Aloha still overwhelms me!

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Choy for a long time, and I was very unhappy with my former dentist, so she recommended I give Aloha Dental Associates a shot; it was easily the best experience I've had at a dentist!
I arrived early for my first visit and the lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and personable. When I was taken to the back, the dental associate was also very kind and friendly! She had The Office playing on the TV in my room which is always a big plus! She was gentle during my cleaning and often stopped to allow me to rinse and ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Choy came in after my cleaning: he was thorough during his exam, and was just as friendly and professional as everyone else I met.
I'm incredibly happy with Aloha Dental Associates and their friendly staff; I wish I had become a patient a long time ago!

I enjoy the professionalism but warmth of the clinical and administrative staff. The dentist and his clinical team are technically competent and very concerned for my comfort as Iβm a bit of chicken and experience pain in anticipation of the procedure - throughout the process. The advanced estimates and care plan help me manage the treatment, plan the use of my insurance coverage, and ensure my ability to pay. The appointment reminders are also very helpful. Iβve done some dentist hopping but I feel that I finally have settled on my dental team of choice.

We are a military family and as such have been to a TON of different dentists. I have to say, that Aloha Dental is the BEST dentist we have ever been to. The entire staff is friendly and sweet, they are gentle with your mouth and go out of their way not to hurt you, their prices are super reasonable, they fully accept our military insurance, both of my kids just love going there, and most importantly, they make you feel like family. We will only be in Hawaii for three more years before we will have orders somewhere else and one of the saddest things about leaving will be not having this awesome dentist anymore! Seriously, these guys are the best!!
