Doctor Gerald Meridith was very professional & made me feel comfortable at all times. He explained each step of the procedures he was doing which made me feel a part of the process. His assistant was also amazing. I highly recommend him!!!

Love how friendly and efficient everyone is! I’m honestly generally terrified of dentists (bad experience years ago), but Dr. Gelly and her staff make you feel at ease and confident in their abilities. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I was late to my appointment due to traffic and other reasons and the office staff was able to squeeze me in. Dr. Moon and his assistant was great at walking me through the procedure. I was pain free and stayed overtime to complete the work and this allowed me to have an enjoyable holiday season. Mahalo

It was only my second visit. But the staff, assistants and doctors have been nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately during my last visit my usual dentist was out and I was told I'd be checked out after my cleaning by another dr. for this visit. I'm sure they were short and overwhelmed as I know this office services a lot of individuals and families, but I was left unattended in my room for 40 minutes. I get nauseated when laying down for too long and I became sick not being able to sit up as I was left lying down in the chair. I forced myself up and moved the equipment off my lap to sit up after about 15 minutes. I didn't mind and continued waiting for my dental assistant to come back in. Unfortunately I had to leave to collect my kids from school and did not complete my appointment. But when I notified the front desk of this, she was very apologetic and understood. I will continue seeing, I love the office and understand things happen but wanted to make the office aware of my experience to avoid this from happening in the future.

Jenn my hygienist is great very attentive to sensitive areas and overall very thorough. My dentist is great too, good staff at Windward office

WORST dental experience of my life!! Dr Everett is extremely unethical and needs to be turned into the ADA. He cant read an X-ray, so he couldn’t even tell me if my tooth was absessed!! I would ask questions but he didn’t answer any of them, annd would just change the subject. And then he told me I needed an oral surgeon to pull a regular tooth!! I refused to leave in pain (although he had no problem with that) so I had to force him to pull it. He sliced my gums down to the jaw and tried to stitch it back. I had to go to the emergency room so they could fix what he messed up!! The ER doctor said the stitches weren’t even holding anything together so she had to redo them completely.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My hygienist Jen was able to answer all my questions and gave me great advice on caring for my teeth to prevent future problems. 5 stars in my books!

I've always felt uncomfortable during a visit to the dentist. However, after being treated by Dr. Angelica “Gelly” Puisis, that all changed. She puts you at ease by explaining the process during the entire procedure. I recently learned that she will be leaving Hawaii Family Dental and moving out of state. I know that all of her patients, like myself will miss her.

Very satisfied with services provided by dental hygienist, Jennifer and Dr Inouye. As usual Jennifer does excellent and thorough work.
