I needed emergency care. The receptionist was helpful and got me in within 24 hours. The dental hygienist was the first person to see me to understand my situation. Dr. Brown and his assistant came in next and had everything fixed within 30 minutes. Everyone was professional and courteous. What a great relief.

I had to find a new dentist on Island. I am glad Dr. Brown was on my new insurance plan. He is very knowledgeable and fixed my cracked crown. Great staff. Keep it up.

Went in for a cleaning and x-rays. They found a very small cavity and decided to no do a filling, but actually charged me the deductible for the filling. After my insurance told me to call about a refund, they said I was charged for the x-rays (which were fully covered by my insurance). When I was finally able pick up my refund, they had the nerve to give me a letter telling me that they wouldn't be able to provide me coverage anymore! hahaha (Not that I would have went back anyway). I wonder how many people they have pulled this over on and were able to just pocket the money...

Hard to find office! I went here to get a cleaning. They said they accepted my medical but later billed me saying they didn't take my medical. The lady doctor/dentist was really nice, but her hygienist was scraping at my gums like no tomorrow. And she told me I had excessive bleeding... >_> Other than that, I actually liked this place. Just not the hygienist. Yikes.

Great practice! I needed an emergency fix after I broke a filling and they were able to get me in and fixed the issue. I didn't have insurance at the time but it was relatively affordable and I haven't had any problems since
