I am very thankful that I have found this dentist office! Dr. Kau was very informative and patient with my concerns with getting a root canal. The hygienist Kristi, I hope I said her name right was truly wonderful!! She definitely explained what was to be expected and eased my apprehension. I have true anxiety when dealing with dentist however, this is a very calm and professional environment. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the ladies in the front are very polite and very good with their patrons. I have already told my family to make appointments here from now on. If you are military or dod civilian etc. This should be your first choice!

10/10 recommend! I went in for my cleaning, and I was a bit nervous because it has been a few years since I went to the dentist. The staff and doctors here were so so friendly and didn’t even bat an eye that I hadn’t been to the dentist in so long. They didn’t judge me or anything. They were also very gentle with my cleaning. Overall the environment was so welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to go for my next cleaning in 6 months!

Absolutely terrible. They lie to get you into the office. Tell you the appointment is for one thing and then come to find out it’s just a “prep” visit and they make you come back in a few days. Charge you for the lab work on the prep day, but their temporary crown doesn’t even last long enough to get you to the real date for their so called permanent crown - only to have that permanent crown break in a year and you do (and pay) all over again. They don’t guarantee their work. And they are ineffective and not trustworthy. I would absolutely avoid them if you can.

Everyone friendly and efficient. They got me right back as soon as I got there. Cleaning went well, fast and no pain. The girl that cleaned my teeth was very thorough.

Three stars because the staff is amazing. First my dentist walked in and didn’t introduce himself at all. I have no clue at all who I saw. I get a little anxious in new doctors office and haven’t been to the dentist in forever, so I was nervous. He starts giving the assistant information on my teeth which started to upset me. When I asked him if he could clue me in he told me that he wasn’t talking to me. I walk out really unclear about what was going on. I have a follow up for fillings but I’m sure if I want to go back if this is how the dentist treats a patient who’s anxious.
The assistant did a great job calming my nerves and cleaning when the dentist left.

Helpful & friendly staff. i’ve been coming here for as long as i can remember! all the doctors & hygienist are so kind! the front desk & check out girls are very helpful in scheduling my appointments. dr.suehisa is super sweet & gentle! the office itself is really nice with all the new renovations! i like how the office feels so clean & sterilized from the beginning to end of my visit! i definitely want my son to come here when he’s older!

I had a crown done by Dr. Jerry and a teeth cleaning by Hygenist Ray and they were both great. Ray is caring and Dr. Jerry made my crown look so great that you can't tell it is fake. Highly recommend them.
