I had a wonderful visit today to get impressions for my new teeth. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by the kindness staff. They were able to take me in right away, and that made my day. It was a comfortable environment for sure. They are well qualified to handle everything. Bad customer experience with receptionist answering the phone. Called early in the morning and left a message. Called again after they open after 8 am. Tried to make an appointment and was told was booked. Asked receptionist to have Dr. Crouse call me since he would always take care his patients. However, receptionist not very friendly or take the time to ask probing questions or apologize not having any appointment available or worse part not even partnering up with the doctor. Just shutting down the Customer, patient or potential new patients. I did ask for a Referral and made an appointment to be called back later to be told come in at 5pm. What a bad customer experience when I could choose many more other dentists available because of poor receptionist behavior. Is she a good fit for the business?

This is the first dentist in my entire life so far who really takes the patient into consideration. Iβve always been terrified of denstistβ since I was little. All my visits have been great, doctor talks about the whole process heβs doing as to not take you by surprise and is gentle. Iβm always at ease even during the numbing process. Highly recommend this place!

We had an appointment today 9/27 at 8am..my mom had to use the restroom on seafood city since they donβt allow my mom in law to use it before..so weβre late for like 2mins ....the receptionist told us to wait in the car..because Their internet is acting up..so we waited in the car for more or less 30mins ..not hearing anything from them..so I went back to ask how long more we should wait..the short haired receptionist helped us since the longer hair one is eating her breakfast on the desk..she told us to just make a rescheduling..we just chose to leave β¦very DISAPPOINTEDβ¦.π
