She patiently explained everything she would be doing, showed her the instruments, and answered all my daughter's questions. She calmed my daughter's fears and made it a good experience for her. I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. It’s been close to a decade since I’ve seen one because of a horrible experience previously. I needed to have an emergency extraction and they were very understanding of my concerns, friendly, and they jumped right to action. They were able to squeeze me in same day, examined the tooth and laid out best and worst case scenarios for me before we began. Throughout the surgical procedure they checked to make sure I was doing okay. After they were done, I felt comfortable and even scheduled a future appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with this appointment and think I have found my new dentist!
