Aspen Dental

This place is a scam.
The dentist are great. The office people are fantastic scammers. They tell you it's one price. they get you started and just when they are suppose to finish, they charge you more. I'm lucky I voice message my husband every day we are not together. because I knew this would happen. sure enough my gut feeling kept telling me some thing like this was about to happen. they have no record of what I had agreed to pay. every time I had contact with them, I'm reassured that I only owed so much my next visit. I talked to all staff and they all said the same thing even 2 weeks before they were to put Temp caps. my husband with me, hears me ask the lady how much I owe next visit. 300 something. the day came and it went from 300 something to 615. they can't even answer how that happened. they have no record of what I was agreeing too. the lady that helped me no longer works there. but they contacted her and said they were applying a discount. then when I asked to send me how much more til I'm fully finished that discount was a lie they added an extra $1000 then offered to ask the dentist to take the hit and credit back 114 (again not the dentist fault) . after listening to what I sent my husband when I first went in, to what they sent me, it is definitely not what I agreed to.

Not only that I literally had to beg and plead for them to stop pushing medications I never asked for or wanted causing more anxiety. the dentist even told me I didnt needed it and suggested a good night sleep and eat before going. it worked! If the office staff isn't certified to issue meds please stop pushing them.

I will never recommend this place. I wish I would of did more research.

I greatly appreciate it the people all around treated very well enjoyed making staff member laugh as there was no down at the mouth look for many member of the staff all very professional even had some of the greatest smiles I've seen in a long time the attitude was really great as they are really wanting to help people it made me laugh and made me crack a few jokes to make them laugh that's what makes a great business this week enjoy is what makes an enjoyable contact 20 new patients I thank you very much for the great time looking forward to coming back sincerely and respectfully DreuWWrightJr.

I usually have hard time with dental doctors but the one I got at Aspen dental was awesome and quick. Very little pain and got done in now time. 👍

The staff were so nice and helpful.
I especially liked the new receptionist on his 2nd day. He was pleasant even when things looked complicated.
The team in the back, all are wonderful. The financial gal was so helpful making it easy and affordable.

So, I had went in for a horrible tooth ache that is making the left side of my face flair up in pain, only to he examined, x-rayed and talked to about my teeth and gums. I didn't come there for that, I had gone in to get the pain taken care of.

And to see that they wanted to charge me $15k for that visit? I don't think so. I think I'll find somewhere else to go for now on.

"Oh you're in pain by a toothache? Well forget that, start on this first."

And I really hope those tools were fresh out of their packages too, because I hope I don't get an infection.

Place is a joke. I broke a molar the night before so I scheduled a extraction for the next day at 5pm after work. They canceled me and hardly made an attempt to contact me about it. They called me one time and left no voicemail. I dont answer to random numbers unless their is a vm. So now it's 5pm and I'm driving around trying to find someone to take this tooth out because it hurts so bad. Another sleepless night. Don't go there.

Erin was awesome! I told her my fear of needles. She made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. She even offered to hold my hand. So sweet. We need more people in the world like her. Thank you Erin! Aspen dental is very lucky to have you and I hope they know that!!

The worst dentist office EVER. The staff are super racist and have racially discriminated against me. They’ll take any money you have even if you never got care for it. They’ll charge you anything they can. Also the dentist assistants are super rude. I had infected wisdom teeth and during an X-ray the DA shoved one of the tools in my mouth causing rip and tears. My mouth was full of blood and I couldn’t help but cry. She mocked me and made fun of me for crying. The receptionist are rude and will not let you speak. They’ll talk over you or hang up on you. Don’t ever go there unless you want them to charge you for unnecessary care that never happened and to be discriminated. They’re definitely not a trustworthy company. Run.

I got my teeth cleaned here. The dentist was amazing and the folks at the front desk were amazing and everyone was polite and professional.

As a new patient at Aspen Dental, I was very pleased with my first visit. I was treated professionally and kindly from the moment I walked in the door. I felt like they were very thorough with their care and in explaining everything to me to make sure I understood what they were doing and why, as well as what needed to be done and how much it would cost, including what insurance will cover and what my expenses will be. I appreciated being treated as a person who matters. They also have top-of-the-line equipment and the office is attractive and inviting.
