Boise Caring Dentistry is all and more than what its name entails: caring, professional, supportive, comforting, and abreast the newest research in care. We found BCD when we were desperate to find a more natural intervention for our almost two-year-old daughter with tooth decay. To my knowledge, Dr. Montgomery is the only dentist locally who is certified to use Ozone therapy. When we discovered our daughter's tooth decay had progressed to the point of requiring root canals, we were referred to a pediatric dentist to have them completed. After a successful surgery, our daughter had been through the ringer with discomfort and fear of being looked at by medical professionals. Dr. Montgomery and her staff were so wonderful about hearing our concerns, taking our daughter's emotional needs to heart in order for her to feel safe, and happily made numerous accommodations for our family. Even though they don't typically take in young toddlers, their environment and the warmth that the staff exudes made our daughter feel safe and cared for. We are so grateful to have found them; for the gentle and encouraging staff and for Dr. Montgomery's sound wisdom and expertise.

Visiting this practice was relaxing: The staff conversed with each other pleasantly while working on my mouth. They let me relax during the procedure, only asking me questions when they needed to see how I was doing. The views of waterfalls/gardens outside the full pane window enhances the calming atmosphere provided by the staff. The staff made every effort to make me an informed patient. Before the procedure, they explained very completely what they were going to do, and afterwards gave instructions on what to eat and how to floss after the visit. The billing and office staff is also great with explaining benefits.
