Great People and Great Service! Everyone at Lake Harbor Dental is great. I have been going to Lake Harbor Dental for years and can't say enough good things about the staff. Only waiting one day for my crown was great. I can't imagine going any longer than that with a temporary. Dr. Ballou did such a great job on my invisalign. Anyone looking for a dental office with small town charm, but with big city technology, I highly recommend them.

I recently went into Lake Harbor Dental because I had a really bad toothache. When I called that afternoon I was told I could be seen as early as the next morning which I gladly accepted. I was wondering how I was going to make it through the rest of the day and evening with a nagging toothache but thought that was just how it had to be. About an hour later the receptionist called me and said they had something open up that afternoon! I went down and met with Dr Eric Ballou. I won't bore you with all the details of my personal issues but I can tell you that I was treated very kindly. The facility is very clean and everyone I met was kind and seemed genuinely interested in my well being. Dr Ballou presented me with all my options going over my charts and the estimated costs. I felt no pressure to go with any specific treatment and I thought it was great that he offered me multiple directions I could go. Needless to say, I walked out of their office pain free and I have a treatment plan I am happy and comfortable with. Dr Ballou ended up doing an extraction that was pretty tricky but he did it without causing me discomfort or pain. I'm glad I called Lake Harbor Dental and I recommend them if you need any dental work.

I come all the way from Scottsdale to be treated by Dr. Ballou. His state of the art practice makes dental work less painful, quicker and more accurate. His prices are reasonable and they always guesstimate your cost. He is honest and kind, and I am less anxious coming here than any other dentist I've been to. I highly recommend him!

I'm not crazy about sitting in the Dentist chair...but at Lake Habor it is a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly and the Dr's give me a 'play-by-play' description of their care. They are interested in the care they are giving, that I understand it and have a positive experience. It is easy to see that they enjoy their service and because of that they do excellent work. I highly recommend Lake Habor.

After several consults with orthodontists and dentists, lot's of time and money spent on braces and a great deal of frustration from getting a lot of "no we can't do that....it won't work" or "yes we can do that" only to be told after braces were installed that they could not, I found DR. Eric Ballou. He took the time to understand what I wanted and after 2 office consults, we came to an agreement that he could do what I needed done and so the work began. So, right after I had my braces taken off, I found Dr. Ballou who put me in Invisalign and after 4 trays, we achieved the restructuring necessary to move to the cosmetic dentistry part. He completed that in one sitting and I was fitted for my retainers that same day as well. I am ELATED to say, he was able to do what no one else was willing or capable of doing and my smile looks amazing all thanks to his patience and ability to think beyond the box and beyond the nay sayers. I cannot say enough about Dr. Ballou. He is truly amazing as is his friendly staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Ballou!!! Oh and he also does both ortho and dentistry so you don't have to shuffle around town for separate appointments. Simply AWESOME!!!
