They get to know you before jumping into your mouth. They're always friendly and super flexible. They have new tech to help check for cavities, and they are there to answer all your questions and concerns.
Covid Update: when I went in they had a new air filtration system. Everyone had masks on, and some employees had even taken more precautions. I was the only one in the waiting room. If I hadn't looked around the other rooms on my way to my seat, I would've thought I was the only one there, but they were busy! I was impressed by their crowd control. And as usual, they were interested in my life and my kids, and not just worried about my mouth. I love these people- from the front desk to the back door exit.😷😁
Covid 2021 Update: They still have air filtration in each room. No masks are required at this time(June). The hygienist was friendly, even with my son whom I brought along. He had lots of questions! She was also thorough! My teeth feel amazing!! They also had head pillows on the chairs that made it so much more comfortable.
2022 Update:
The staff is ALL very friendly and professional. They do very good work, keep a clean & modern office, and manage schedules well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garpetti for 15 years, and have always been very pleased with him, his work, and his staff. In addition to the usual dental work, he did an implant and a bridge on me, and his work is always outstanding. He has a wonderful personality, great sense of humor, and is a great person to know. Dr. Hyder got me into a fabulous partial plate. It's comfortable (immediately) and easy to put in and take out. I love it and my new smile. Kudos to Dr. Hyder!
And now I have been a patient of Dr. Garpetti and his associates for over 20 years. Currently, I see both Dr. Garpetti and Dr. Hyder and I am super happy that they are still practicing. They are both wonderful men, with friendly personalities and, of course, excellent skills.
In addition, the dental assistants, hygienists, and other office staff are experienced, friendly, and happy to help you in any way.
I am very happy to have this awesome company and group of associates know me and my dental history and to work on me when I have dental issues, or even to get my teeth cleaned. The atmosphere is very pleasant and you won't have the feel of anxiety when you walk in the door. It is very welcoming.
I highly recommend that you at least make a visit to the office. I promise you, it won't be your last. You will have found a dentist whom you will look forward to seeing, each and every visit. And you can trust that they will be up front and honest with you. It doesn't get better than that.
