I’ve been going to Pennsylvania Dental for over 30 years. Always warm and welcoming, their staff is very competent and caring. There’s an atmosphere of kindness and humor in the office. The dentists and technicians set high standards and are skilled professionals. As I checked in today several departing people thanked the office staff as they left and mentioned that they always enjoy seeing them. Yes, we ENJOY our visits to the DENTIST! I was a patient with Pennsylvania Dental years ago and left only because my insurance changed, but I’m back again and so very happy with the ease of scheduling and how friendly the entire staff is! I also like how they explained what they were going to be doing each step of the procedure I had done and made sure to ask if I was doing OK frequently. My husband also is a patient here and we highly recommend them.

I originally spoke with Kelsey and Christine(?) before seeing Dr Franklin today and the whole team made me feel extremely welcome from booking new patient paperwork, to check in and my actual appointment. They explained a treatment plan in depth, the procedures before+ during as well as measuring my comfortability. They are open early and flexible with schedules. They also take Delta Dental! Highly recommend for anyone anxious about dental care. I can’t wait to continue working with them again.

Pennsylvania Dental is probably the best dental office I have ever visited! The staff, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists are all outstanding in skill, friendliness and customer service. They will work with you on treatment plans and payments and you always know up front what needs to happen. And they have the best music for your listening pleasure while you are sitting in the chair of dread, lol!
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office!
