Staff and services are great. I noticed that I gave a critical review of the phone system last year, in which Terri Riley responded the phone systems were down. (I've deleted that review and replaced it with this review). Low and behold the phones are down again this year. Spending an hour in hold is hard, I have to take the phone with me into the bathroom, in the car, at work and so on, just to set up an appointment. JC

I've been seeing Dr. Gomez for 14 years! They also have the homeless Grant for people who are homeless/indigent and they accept Medicaid. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and helpful

They are busy because they try to help everyone .

This place was wonderful. My tooth broke. I called around, beginning at dentists near me. Finally found someone willing to give me an emergency appointment. Dr. Sebastian was very busy, but somehow worked me in. She went above and beyond. I am surprised at some of the lower stars here, because I saw five stars from the phone call person, the office staff, Dr. Sebastian and her assistant. Professional and kind to me and everyone they were interacting with around me while I was in their office. A pleasant place!

Frustrating to see the business respond to someone 2 months ago about updating their phone lines, and I still can't get someone to pick up. I've left 2 messages, and I've sat on hold until it just disconnects me.

I have always been told not to go to Terry Reilly. I have heard they are awful. I really had no choice. The initial exam went well. Staff was nice. After talking with the doc over possible solutions, I finally came to terms with losing a tooth. They scheduled my next appointment and gave me a script for drugs. When going in I was super nervous, I guess the drugs helped. He was super nice and it didn't take very long. I really have a new appreciation for this place and would recommend others. They were all professional and respectful. The best part, because I have low income I paid a fraction of the cost. I mean less than $80 for the exam and extraction. Thank you guys!!

Scheduled an appointment for my son for an emergency tooth extraction. At the appointment they told him he would have to reschedule for a different day for the extraction because they didn’t have enough time today. They would not reschedule him until he paid for today’s appointment. After he paid they told him it would be at least another 2 weeks before their next available appointment. Had we known that the extraction was not going to take place today, we could have found a different dentist. Never would we have gone here knowing it could even be longer than a couple days wait, let alone a couple weeks. Now he is out this money and still left to find another dentist. Feeling like he was scammed. Would not recommend them to anyone....ever! They do not even deserve the one star rating.

After my first experience today. The appointment was great and ran smoothly. The Doctor that did the procedure was great, and was always checking in on you while She was working. Had no problems with the lady’s that helped during the procedure. But the lady’s on the front desk, were pretty rude. So watch out for that lady’s and gents. All in all, great place and recommend going there.

I am happy that Dr Gomez was able to get me in since my doctor dosen't perform the surgery I need to save a tooth and relieve the pressure off my sinuses and left eye. Also very impressed with the friendliness of the staff in both the waiting and treatment areas. The sliding scale is the only way I could afford this procedure

Absolutely wonderful clinic! Staff is extremely nice and professional, the place was spotless, and my hygienist was the best (Leena)! I had not been to the dentist in nearly 10 years and she made me comfortable with little to no pain. She has the touch of an angel! Thank you!
