Club 32 Dental Caldwell

Club 32 has been one of the best dental places I have ever been too. They talked through everything. They made sure you are always comfortable. They try to get to know you so your more comfortable around them which is a good thing. I have never met more of a respectful place

The Dentist was very informative on each thing she was doing. I've never had each thing told as she was doing the procedure, that's amazing to me in itsself. Painless all the way around. She was very personal, which I appreciated so. The assistants very knowledgeable and amazing as well. The front end assistants were very nice and helpfull too. Thank you ya'll for everything you helped me with getting cleared for surgery.

This is the dirtiest dental office I've ever been to. In their defense I know they were moving offices, but dang close down for a day or two. I felt uncomfortable.
However the Nampa location is very clean, welcoming and I love the dentist there.
The reason I am writing this though is because I want to warn others. When the female dentist with an accent cleaned my teeth she scraped one area so hard that I'm still having pain and sensitivity 6 months later. I went to another dentist who told me she scraped the enamel off my tooth. She mistook my tooth slightly crossing over the other tooth for plaque and scraped so hard my eye watered. Not the mention my new dentist said I don't have plaque build up and it should have been easy to tell the difference. So my tooth is permanently damaged.
I am trying to get her name to put in this post. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

Webpage is a disaster. They ONLY schedule using their website, which wouldn't work for me. They are only open Wed-Fri & only half days on Friday. This is the ONLY Medicaid dentist in Canyon county for adults. My kids were booted out of their pediatric dentist and this was their only option. Their own website doesn't even list their address. When I tried to Google it, it wasn't easy to find, there were about 6 other choices that came up first. (Not even local) I had to call to get an appointment scheduled since I couldn't make it online. Once we got one, I got spammed with texts daily! I had to fill out paperwork online, which was a pain to figure out. Once I finally found the place & went to the appointment, we showed up to an empty office, sat for 10-15 minutes past our appointment time before someone came out & handed me a tablet to fill out the same paperwork I already did online. 30 minutes past our appointment time someone finally called my daughter back. The lobby was freezing!! Very uninviting atmosphere to have to sit in, to just stare at a wall, when no one even welcomes you in the door. Not somewhere I'd choose to go again.

Very nice office. I think it's newly constructed. Sparse decorations but I didn't come here for ambiance. I was surprised they used the 360 same x-ray machine as the orthodontist. I thought it would be different without the fluff but it's honestly just a dentist office. The staff was very nice throughout.

The dentist was very skilled and delicate with her work and did an excellent job. The staff are all very kind, courteous and accommodating. They worked with us to get my husband's teeth taken care of and that was no small task considering he is very high anxiety with dentists. They did everything they could to make him comfortable and get the work done the way he wanted. I'm very thankful we found Club 32 Caldwell and highly recommend!

My husband went here and loved the service he received. The staff were all friendly and made sure that he understand what was being done. They also made sure that he was aware of the plan for what was going to be done over the next few appointments. Great staff and customer service!

I was nervous to find a new dentist as I’ve experienced trauma from a former dentist of mine. They were kind, patient, and listened to my concerns. I also appreciate seeing a female dentist. She is calm and confident. The office has a positive and clean feel.

I was so blessed to have found a kind, caring, and gentle dentist when I had an issue with my tooth. A root canal that I had done years ago by another doctor had gone bad. Dr Rondla and Lupita were so kind and sympathetic to my situation. That’s what you want to feel from your dentist office when you are in pain. I had a cavity filled and Dr Rondla was so gentle. Very clean office. Very happy experience!! 🦷☺️

This is the best smile I've ever had. I really suggest this place. So a lil story, I have a narlly phobia of needles. The dds worked with me. And she sculpted one tooth at a time. Look at the photos y'all will see the big difference. They also let me take breaks when I needed them. Thy are amazing here thank you 32 dental 😁😁😁😁😁
