Lighthouse has it right! They are about serving their patients fairly while maintaining the BEST of care.

Recently moved to Eagle from Oregon and was Lighthouse Dental was recommended to me by a friend. I had a checkup and cleaning today and had a very positive first experience. No long wait, excellent and thorough staff made my visit a good one. Dr. Higginson was very personable and also made a great first impression. I had some small issues but he was good with the “wait and see” approach rather than try to sell me on having a lot of work done before it was needed. I appreciate that!

My starting point when visiting a dentist is FEAR! So, even when the dental procedure is necessary. I go with great trepidation. I lost a crown and in one very painless visit, a new one was made, without any temporary and with a perfect fit. So, I was very happy.
Then, that tooth became unhappy and I needed (the DREADED) root canal. Dr. Higginson was great, making sure that I was totally comfortable. The procedure was done and over with in one session and best of all, there was NO PAIN.
The entire staff at Lighthouse Dental is friendly, responsive, and professional. And, if you choose to be on a cancellation list, where you fill in when someone else cancels, you are given a very nice discount.
I highly recommend Lighthouse Dental (and I never thought I would say this about a dentist!).

2022 update*: Wow. These guys are awful! KIDDING! Read on...."Posted a 5-star review shortly after my first appointment in June 2017. Just moved back home to ID from CO. Nothing has changed over all my appointments since, including my appointment last week. As an aside, I rarely spend much time in the "waiting" room (entire staff is incredibly punctual), but when I do hang out there a minute or two, I see other happy patients coming out. The other day (I am not making this up), I saw a man come in with a cake and ice cream for the front desk staff. I didn't want to eavesdrop, but did hear enough that he was incredibly thankful for something the front office staff did. No surprise. They are wonderful. My hygienist and dentist are the best, too. (Amazing how they both remember so much about my husband and me!). I feel comfortable and at home when I have an appointment here--and have had for 3 years. *Seriously doubt that will ever change! :)" (hasn't.) UPDATE... Everyone there is spectacular. Love our dentist. As a mom/grandma, however, I have one problem. And I brought this on myself by asking every six months: "So, have you done any hiking?" (I like to hike. But couldn't keep up with him or his kids!!!) and so he tells me what he and the "fam" have done lately! Okay, all silly stories aside, he's wonderful. Everyone in that place is (no joke) "wonderful." (See Cake Story above). Questions anyone? :)
