They dropped Blue Cross coverage in between cleanings and declined to tell me. Instead, this office continued a scheduled procedure, billed me for it, and refuses to acknowledge their mistake. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Edit after their response: I was NOT notified of the change, even upon checkout! The response from their office over the phone was: you should have heard word-of-mouth. They take the insurance, sure... Covering $5 of $80 bill they bill you over a month later after telling you it was covered.
Edit a year later: Despite asking to be removed from their system, I received a voicemail reminder to schedule my annual checkup.

The dentist is thorough in his work and always has the knowledge and patience to help you understand what is going on and acknowledges any questions. Dr. Nelson and his assistants always greet me so warmly when I step into their office, so that it almost feels like home when I visit the dentist! I never have a long wait time, or have difficulty scheduling appointments. Once I arrive the work they do is always thorough and efficient, so I am never at the dentist for an uncomfortably long amount of time like I have been at other offices. My nephew needed caps put on his teeth, and they were made on the spot and matched the color of his teeth perfectly. Dr. Nelson always performs really beautiful work!!

Thank you for the excellent dental service today. I called with a broken tooth at 8am and you fit me in at 10am. Had me a new crown and pain free by noon. That's what I call excellent customer service. The receptionist was completely professional and knew I was in severe pain and fit me in asap. That you Dr. Nelson and staff for the excellent care.

These guys are great! They always text reminders and Birthday Wishes, they are friendly and professional and go out of their way to take care of our family. Cleanings, crowns, fillings and chip repairs have all been excellent. Both boys have had their wisdom teeth pulled and we were able to contact Dr. Nelson during Christmas break to have a pain medication subscription called into a pharmacy where we were vacationing! Neither of our boys had any complications from the surgery and have both healed completely!
