My son got his first checkup and cleaning here and I established care after a long hiatus from the dentist. We had an exceptional experience. Receptionist was friendly and kind. The office was lovely and clean. The hygienist went above and beyond to make it a fun experience for my kiddo. She also did a great job putting me at ease as I get nervous going to the dentist. The doctor we saw was kind and thorough. We are lifelong customers 💓

I'm sharing my experience with Northwest Natural Dentistry after one visit. We called to make an appointment because a broken tooth was causing pain. We had previously been patients at another dentist. And while we loved our previous dentist, we were looking for a dentist who was a little closer to where we currently live. They made room in their schedule for my emergency visit. The office was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. This is especially important to a guy who is a little bit "dentist nervous". Dr. Harker was very kind, did a great job explaining to me what was going on and was very open to questions.
My first visit was a very good experience. This combined with the fact that my wife has had a great experience during her 3 previous visits had led us to choose Northwest Natural Dentistry to be our new family dentist.

I'm wondering if my other providers were in it for the money before. You won't find this with Dr. Harker. You will just find good, honest care.
He staff is great. Melissa is our absolute favorite! She makes cleaning your teeth fun. She has a great sense of humor.
You can't go wrong with Natural Dentistry. Not only do you have caring staff, you are getting the best care without toxins.

Highly recommend this place. Great staff. Dr Z was super gentle with my recent filling. Both doctors take time to listen. They have definitely taken some of my childhood fears out of visiting the dentist.

TL;DR -- Dr Z (aka Dr Bryant Zollinger) and a couple female staffers made me feel seen and unhurried in an emergency visit, when they could've shown [understandable] exasperation and urgency.
Full story: I've had a dead tooth for 15 years. For whatever reason, this week was the week it decided to rapidly decay and infect the surrounding area. After a few days of getting a lay of the dental land (i.e., visiting other dentists, talking with healthcare friends, and doing my own research), I was convinced of two things:
1. I did not want a root canal
2. I was in immense pain and needed to figure out a plan asap
I called NW Natural Dentistry on Wednesday morning. They had appt's the next week, but when I communicated that I was in a lot of pain, they made space for me at 8am on Thursday (the next business day). They worked with / on me in between other patients and I felt totally welcomed in their space. I knew that I was a huge inconvenience, but other than knowing that in my head, I would've never gotten that from any of them; again, totally happy and thrilled to help.
I ended up getting a tooth extracted and in a weird turn of events, my body didn't take to the anesthesia. This was not their fault in the slightest, but again, instead of being defensive and / or accusatory, all staffers were deeply empathetic and gentle.

I haven't been to the dentist in over a decade (chalk it up to fear), but this was just outstanding. Lovely people. There are dentists that do their job, and there are dentists that care. These folks are the latter. So thankful for the way they handled my situation. They pulled me out of terrible pain and gave me a comforting path forward. Couldn't recommend this team more highly. Thank you, Dr. Z and company*!
* = I didn't get the names of the two lady dentists, but there was a shorter, brown haired woman, and also an average height woman with brown curly hair. Whatever your guys' names are, I am so grateful for both of you. That was a really difficult moment for me and you got me through it.

Did wonderful work removing my metal fillings. Had an issue afterwards and took care of me. Staff members are very friendly along with Dr Z. Highly recommend.

NW Natural Dentistry is a clean, well organized, non-toxic environment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the hygienist has a great sense of humor, while being professional as well. I just had a cleaning and my teeth have never felt cleaner! They do an amazing job. It’s a pleasant experience and I highly recommend them!

This is a wonderful practice. Staff is great, both dentists are great. I have been a patient here for 7 years, had all the normal things done like fillings, had my mercury removed, and had a tooth removed and implant put in. Everything perfectly smooth.
