I will never go back to River West, went in for first visit and layed in chair waiting for Dr. to come for almost a half hr. Never got a cleaning but was billed for one and when I confronted them in the office the office staff tried to say I was lying and that I had gotten one. Come to find out at the bottom of my chart note it said cleaning to be done at procedure. Another thing I was set up to have dental work done at the hospital, was told by one staff that it was all approved and to come into office to get partial made only to find out that the partial doesn't get made until 2 weeks after procedure. Then I find out that the procedure was not approved and they were not willing to file an appeal to get it looked at again when i called my insurance and that was what they told me to have them do. This office does not know what they are doing they mislead patients and when you confront them they are rude. I will never go there again.

Fiance has been going here for 5+ years and keeps having issues. They will neglect to fix an issue till it too late and you have to pay $1000+ or remove the tooth. They messed up a root canal and had to remove his tooth anyway. He has had a cracked tooth that they say isn't a problem and I'm sure they won't fix until it's too late anyway. At this rate he'll need dentures by 30. They also make you pay for the future service before you get it done. Who has $600 to drop on dental service they won't even give you for another month? Even though they say they offer payment plans for some reason they don't apply to him. I'm sick of them not fixing stuff until it's too late as well as messing things up so we have to pay them more to fix that. Don't take a chance on this dental office and pick somewhere else.

I had a great experience! Everyone was nice and professional. I felt no pain what so ever and before the procedure the Dr walked me through the whole process!

EDIT: They responded to this review saying they would reach out, but they did not. However, they have reached out 4 TIMES asking me if I wanted to schedule more services with them. I have never seen such hard sales from a dentists office.

This place is financially predatory. They were able to quote me within minutes what the price for a dental implant was, but they did not tell my husband the cost of a sealant. They just told him "We can do it right now".
Then I got to the front and I'm slapped with a $400 bill due today. Never once did they tell my husband how much it would cost, in fact, they had him sign approving the cost AFTER they did the treatment and they already had me pay for it.
I've been to a lot of dentists and I have never had a dentist purposefully not tell me costs until I had to pay right on the spot. That's shady and inappropriate when they clearly were able to pull the cost for a procedure for me and I was able to say no.

Great staff, and great work. went in for major work and not only was I comfortable. They really made the process easy. Always great to have the confidence of a great smile. thank you

Staff is always patient and helpful. They are always in a good mood and make to feel comfortable! Love them!!

Techs that listen to concerns..Dr. Reid has been amazing to me for 14 yrs.

I cannot say enough good things about this office, I have been seen here for over a year and thought the office was good but this last week I went in to get some dental work done and I will be the first to say that I dread going to the dentist, I have a very sensitive mouth/teeth and it makes me more than anxious.. flat out I just have horrible teeth BUT Dr. Tyson, Tiffany and Chris made this experience exceptional.

I was seen Wednesday and had quite a bit done and was feeling extreme pain through the following few days. I started to get really worried, they got ahold of me on a Sunday and had me in for an emergency visit to get the dreaded root canal. Even though Dr. Tyson and Tiffany had to come in on a Sunday they were so kind and caring and really made sure I was comfortable despite being anxious and in a lot of pain.

The office and Dr. Tyson followed up with me the next day and have kept in touch since then and made me feel really taken care of even though I am sure I was a very high maintenance patient. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Tyson, Tiffany and Chris ❤❤❤ I appreciate you and your office!!
