We love infinity dental! We just switched to them and are so much happier with our experience there compared to our last dentist. Everyone is so friendly, everything was explained very thoroughly, and nothing went unnoticed. They make sure my kids are comfortable and have a good experience which is a big deal to me. Also our hygienist was super sweet and fun to talk to! Thanks infinity dental for the great experience!

Simply the Best!!! Wonderful caring staff! Dr. Shepherd and his team listen to patient concerns and take them to heart, providing quality compassionate care. I have major anxiety due to issues at other dentists in the past, Infinity Dental is literally the only office that I have ever felt comfortable in! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Hands down, best dentist in Southern Idaho! Dr. Shepherd is very kind and informative with patient education. He is great with prioritizing patients’ wants and involvement for their treatment plan. More recently, he has taken out my top two wisdom teeth and it was very fast! He and his team made sure that I was comfortable from start to end. When the procedure was all done, I was too stunned to speak, and told him I give him 20 I stars if I could!

Dr. Shepherd and staff are phenomenal! I am so blessed to have found them thanks to a co workers recommendation. I had two implants and two crowns put in at the same time and the process was painless and quick. Dr. Shepherd is knowledgeable and explains everything. I love infinity dental and will certainly recommend them whenever possible! 😊

First time meeting Michelle today and she is by far my favorite person here. I love all of the staff, it has a very small town feel, they ask about you and your life and actually bother to remember for when you come back. Their facility is clean and tidy, easy access, and they aren’t very expensive when your insurance doesn’t cover something. I’ve gone here about two years I think and I plan on continuing unless I move.

I’ve neglected my oral care and was completely terrified of going to the dentist. I stopped by Infinity Dental because it was so close to my home. Everyone was incredibly kind, from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, the dental hygienist (Michelle is my hygienist and she’s awesome), and Dr. shepherd. I’m glad I found my forever dentist 🥹 If you are looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients, then this is the place for you. 100/10

Been going to this provider for 6 years now, they recently moved into a new building, that is very comfortable and well equipped. The personnel are very friendly, personable, while being professional in their service. Everyone in the building always greets with a friendly smile.

If you want the most informed, fast, and friendly dentistry then you want infinity dental. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointment and scheduling is accommodating. I appreciate that I’m given informed realistic options for care. Dr. Shepherd has a friendly demeanor and did a really lovely job with my root canal and crown. My 4 and 6 year old children were terrified to go to the dentist and within a few minutes working with hygienists Michelle they were having fun. Now they beg to go to the dentist. She is so wonderful at making young patients feel comfortable and involving them in the process.
