As a first time patient, I am very happy I chose this office. Tori the dental assistant has great energy and made getting through the x-rays and scans as enjoyable as possible.
Kaylee the hygienist and Dr. JB came to do their first assessments. They had a plan to address all my needs and concerns very quickly. And explained why and how their plan has the best options for my specific situation.
Their patient service rep Melissa was very helpful in making sure I had all the billing information and payment options available. She also told me how it would be best to schedule my future appointments to make them most beneficial for my time.

Aspen Dental is a great place to have dental work done. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recently I went in to have a root canal done and had to also have a hygienist clean my mouth before hand. Her name was Jessee and she was fantastic. She didn’t judge and was super friendly and she had great taste in music! Once I got to the root canal. Doctor J.B did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable and informed about the procedure. Overall great experience!

Although, they are not open late on any days of the week, the staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. Their customer service is outstanding, and they try to work around your schedule as best as they can. They should have one or two days where they open later and close later, so that everyone else in the valley that also works during the exact same hours, doesn’t have to take any time off of work. All in all the experience was very nice. Amber the tech was extremely helpful, and very friendly! Kudos on hiring right person for the job!

I was extremely sore for years, not taking care of my health after losing my last dentist. I went to get looked at once and was told it was only tooth removals, and I didn't go to a dentist again. I finally went again just Today after making an appointment yesterday. Reviewed my teeth in the morning. Got financed and appointment set for gum cleaning to remove infection later today, and several teeth removed next week. It's gone great so far. Thanks for helping my mouth finally feel clean and almost pleasant again despite still waiting for the next appointment..

I was so impressed with this office and every person I interacted with. Both Dr. JB and Dr. Watts we're so thorough, knowledge and gentle. Dawsyn the dental assistant was so cheerful and kind. Kayle was a wonderful hygienist and gave excellent recommendations for preventive care. But the show stopper was Jessee, also a hygienist. Jessee was so good with my cleaning and my son's cleaning. She was not only thorough, but my experience was totally pain free. She took the time to be personable and really made my apprehensive kids feel comfortable. She made us laugh and ultimately did an awesome job. I was also treated so well by the front desk and back-office team. Truly, this was an overall great experience and I will continue to come to this office for all my dental needs.

I made an appointment the same day for an emergency. They had me do a bunch of X-rays on my whole mouth when I arrived. I thought it was weird because the problem I was having was on my left side. It took forever for them to do the X-rays. The way their machine is it’s not convenient at all. The tech took me back to the room and did a scan in my mouth with this big round thing to show plaque buildup and the hygienist came in and started doing an exam doing my gum measurements. I couldn’t believe it! I was getting mad, I was in so much pain and had already been there an hour. They’re doing all this unnecessary stuff and charging my insurance. When I asked her why they were doing this she said it’s part of the process. The doctor comes in and has no concern and tells me she can pull it or do root canal but didn’t guarantee root canal if they got in there and something was wrong that they would have to end up pulling it. I’ve never had a dentist tell me that so she’s in there 2 mins doesn’t offer to prescribe me antibiotics or anything since they can’t do anything until after the holiday. They leave the room and tell me the front desk lady is going to come in and talk to me about my treatment plan but tell me she’s a little busy. I wasn’t going to wait for that. I was in so much pain and it was a total waste of time so I started leaving because they just wanted to make more money off of me and didn’t care to attempt to help me after charging my insurance a bunch of $. I’ll never go back and I’ll never refer anyone to this place. My normal dentist is LC SMILES. Their always so great but because it was an emergency they weren’t available and Aspen Dental has on their website they take emergencies well don’t believe that. They need to change their business model or get more doctors and staff. They charge your insurance for anything they can. You can bet if I receive a bill the owners going to hear from me. What they did was crooked.

Scheduling conflict at my normal dentist. Called aspen they told me just to head on in and see what they can do. Within an hour I received my tooth extraction and was on my way. Staff was super friendly would highly recommend!

I figured my teeth were fine, but it was time for a professional cleaning priced at $80. First, you get a complimentary exam and x-ray if you are uninsured. No cavities and my gum measurements were 4s to 8s. That’s the best I’ve ever had even when going to the dentist every 4 months (remember when once a year was considered sufficient?) I floss and brush with a sonic care daily but still the dentist was surprised my teeth were as good as they are. Then, I’m given THE PLAN for a grand total of $1628. They thought I needed an antimicrobial treatment because they considered my gums inflamed. I could have done that; and my teeth would still measure 4s and 8s, so it’s a waste of money. (I’ve done it before; and I think for about ½ this quote but can’t say for sure.) They use scary phrases like they can’t reverse the bone loss. (True statement, but I haven’t lost much bone, if any, and irrelevant if unreversible.) So, I offer $160 for a basic cleaning. I was ok with paying a little more for the exam. I was refused; they said they can’t ignore THE PLAN. So, while I am happy that I know my teeth are fine; I’m disappointed in the bait and switch and further disgruntled that I as the patient am not able to determine what is best for my dental health.

I'm 53 years old and went to Aspen to get a complete upper denture. The staff is all so very informative and the care they gave was exceptional. They walked me through each step. For the first time ever I had a dental experience that was pleasant and didn't leave me with any anxiety. Thank you Aspen. I'm looking forward to my new teeth
