However, one customer had a negative experience with the clinic. The customer was disappointed that the clinic did not allow them to have a cleaning only and instead required a full workup. The customer was willing to schedule a full appointment when they returned in a few months but was not accommodated. The customer was in the market for selecting a dental practice for themselves and their family and had hoped it might be this practice.
Overall, McMillan Family Dental is a great dental clinic that provides high-quality dental care to its patients. The clinic has a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to their patients.

I love this Dentist office. The staff and hygienists are always super kind and helpful. Dr. Gerard is a great guy and you can tell by how they all work together they enjoy the work they do. I really like that they take a whole body approach to health and not just teeth. My whole family visits this office and we all really enjoy our time and experiences here. Great place for individuals and families!

Thoroughly disappointed in this organization today. As I travel a great deal and am in transition, I booked online and noted that I wanted a cleaning only as I had a pending flight. Upon arrival I was informed I would not be allowed that course of treatment and would instead need an entire workup. Sadly, I just needed someone to work with me this time and was willing to schedule for a full appointment when I returned in a few months. Regrettably I am in the market of selecting a dental practice for me and my family. I had hoped it might be this practice.

Dr. Gerhard, and his staff are very friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Gerhard is extremely knowledgeable, and I trust his judgement. He explains treatment plans, in a way that is easy to understand, makes sure that both the patient, and doctor, are both on the same page. Overall, Dr. Gerhard is an outstanding dentist, and I feel extremely well cared for.

Love the staff! Dr. Gerard, Jana, and Elyssa are the best! They always make me laugh and take great care of me and my family. Dr. Gerard is kind, patient, and great at what he does. Jana is my go-to hygienist! She knows what she is doing, she doesn’t inflict ANY pain, and she has a phenomenal knack for remembering details from your life (even after 6 months between visits). She is very personable. Elyssa is so full of energy and brings a ‘feel good’ vibe wherever she goes. Can’t forget to mention she is wonderful with my kids! The crew works so well together. Quality humans here!
