I have very high standards for a dentist and my first experience at this office was fabulous! My hygienist was so kind, friendly and genuinely seemed like she wanted to get to know me as a person, not just a patient. She was efficient yet thorough and very caring. Dr. Pluid was very professional and informative as he did his exam. I appreciated how he explained to me what he was doing during the short time I was with him. The facility is SO clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!

As a patient who suffers from anxiety and gets very nervous about the dentist, I can say I didn’t feel this here! I was very relaxed and calm the from start to finish. The team was great and the dentist was very gentle and compassionate the whole time during my root canal service. I wasn’t in any pain or discomfort throughout the entire procedure. I would most definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs dental care or a service like a root canal. I will definitely be back if I have to have another root canal. I drove over from eastern oregon and it was well worth the trip. Thank you!!

I have been going to Wellpoint Dental for a year now and they are just a blessing. They are attentive, they make sure to address any concerns, they take the time and make sure your teeth are clean and they are friendly as well. My insurance is a pain and they still took the time to get everything squared away. This is a great dental office, great dentist and assistants and I have had great experiences will all the staff. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to leave my dentist of many years and switch to Wellpoint dental. I not only have complete confidence in Dr. Payne as my dentist, he is also a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to see. His assistant is wonderful, and every person there is friendly and welcoming. My only regret is not making the decision to switch to Wellpoint Dental sooner.

I have been coming here for many years and everyone is professional and they all do a fantastic job. I have had several bad experiences in the past with other dentists, once as a young child and another as an adult.
A good dentist will always ask in the paperwork you fill out if you have had a bad experience. Dr. Payne not only asked on his form but he talked to me about it at my first visit.
Everyone has a smile on there face and Dr. Payne has a great sense of humor which these days is very much appreciated.

I absolutely love my dentist, Dr. Payne, and his assistant Cinnamon! I don't live in Meridian anymore, but drive 1-2 hours for my appointments to get to them still. The staff really cares about you and your health and comfort, and they're always warm and friendly. Best dentist in the valley for sure.

Wellpoint dental office staff are very helpful, the hygienists are professional and have a light touch when cleaning my teeth. The Dentists are very knowledgeable as well. I’m glad I found them, and recommend them to my friends and family.
