I had a great first time experience at Brookside Dental, I would definitely recommend Brookside Dental to a friend/family. They did awesome in what I needed to get done and in taking care of other dental work, by the way, their staff is super friendly.

The front staff is always very friendly and personable. I am taken care of almost immediately every time I come. They check me in right away, and I generally only have to wait a few minutes before being called back for my appointment.

I love Brookside, been going there for over 20 years now. New receptionist could use some people training.

I went in for a sensitivity pain whenever I eat or drink anything cold or hot.
I informed them of where precisely it hurt, what the pain felt like, when it started hurting, and all other questions extremely accurate. (My friend works in the field and I had her diagnose it prior to even scheduling an appt. )
The staff was friendly, and the service was speedy, however, I'm really bothered by a few things.
After proceeding to tell them what was wrong, they did x-rays on me, and told me that everything checks out fine. My teeth are fine, no decay, and no cavities.
He said that he is "unsure" about the cavity. That it doesn't register on the x ray, but if there is a cavity in the enamel, it won't show on the xray.
He then proceeded to say that its due to a huge amount of force being applied by my other teeth, and that my bottom tooth is lining up in that spot to cause pain. He proceeded to grind down my bottom tooth, then told me that should solve it and I should be fine. They then wanted to schedule a cleaning (which I respectfully declined)
I walked out with an unsolved problem that I had walked in with. I get home and as I go to eat or drink, boom! Pain still there.
So ultimately I wasted my time going to them. They didn't resolve my issue. And even worse, they grinded enamel off another tooth thinking that's going to solve it. So not only am I still in pain, but my tooth has a little less enamel protecting it.
I scheduled an appt with a different firm who hopefully has a more qualified individual who will go the extra step to actually resolve my issue instead of making blatant guesses at what it "might be."
