Never been robbed like I was for just cleaning my teeth like I was robbed at this place. It was a simple, insurance covered at a 100% prevention maintenance. Yet, they over charged me for work they didn't do, like fluoride paste and xray exam, blah blah. They they took $70+ dollars on top of my insurance paying it in full. Took them two months telling me my insurance is pending and has not paid yet. And when the insurance paid, they still justified taking that money by telling me we did xtra stuff the insurance didn't cover even though they acknowledged I didn't receive the flourid treatment, they still, somehow, justified the $70+ they took. Never again.

Four stars because I had my appointment scheduled for 6 months, when they had to call me to reschedule for additional 2 months. I'm bothered by that because I had some stuff going on with my teeth that I needed help with asap.
My last visit was phenomenal! I enjoyed every employee. Everyone is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I was able to ask my questions and understand everything they explained.
