Wow! We have never been treated so poorly by your company ever. Do you have your company blame us for losing the file supply to you and pointing the finger at us is uncalled for. Even in today’s world of customer service that has drastically failed by many, You have joined the rest of them. Thank you for wasting my time and putting an inconvenience or loss of wages for your hygienist. We will happily pay her for her loss as this was not her fault.

I would recommend Dansie Dental to anyone looking for a dentist that takes their time with each member of the family 👪. We get impeccable service from everyone there. They can always work us in when an emergency is happening and check on us to make sure we are doing OK.

Dr Dansie is amazing. I needed a root canal on a tooth that already had a cap on it. He was able to do the root canal without taking the taking the cap off and needing to replace it, saving me money. He was very aware and compassionate of how I was feeling pain wise during the procedure. I highly recommend Dansie dental.

My husband came in for a crown. We LOVED everything about our experience here. The ladies in the front were warm, welcoming and very efficient. The hygienist Tiffany was helpful and fully explained the work that needed to be done, and of course Dr Dansie was an excellent dentist.
I have been going to the same dentist in Califirnia for years, but I will now be coming here for my regular cleanings and would not hesitate using Dansie Dental for any dental needs we may have in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dansie Dental. I have been using Dr. Dansie as our family dentist for years. He knows and understands how to build relationships with his patients. My kids (ages 7 and 6) love going to the Dentist. The staff that work for him are superb. They know us by name and make us feel special when we come in. I have ZERO intentions of using anyone else for dental services in Rigby.

Brie did a great job cleaning my 13 year-old's teeth. She even replaced a sealant for him during his cleaning appointment so we didn't have to come back to do it. Great for him because he doesn't love going to the dentist much.

My dad went in when he was in pain, they were going to make him wait 2 weeks for an abscessed tooth and a week earlier he went there and they told him he was fine and nothing was wrong.

My experience was a beef with one of the dental hygienist who spent the entire time talking and asking me questions, the dentist came in and she didn't finish the job because it was time for the exam. I was fine talking to her, I thought they would just adjusts the time I was there for her to finish the cleaning but instead they cut it short and didn't finish my cleaning.

I wish I could leave a positive review because I was referred here by someone close to me but after they told me I needed a root canal and cavities filled and I later was told that this wasn't true, I have to say otherwise. Based off the x-rays, another dentist said none of those problems existed, and I felt no pain...I would stay away from dentists who are very willing to perform this destructive procedure, with little to no evidence that it's necessary.
