Despite the fact that I’m a brand new patient, I think it’s helpful to share 1st impressions! I rarely have time to write reviews, but I was so impressed with Pine Creek Dental from start to end & even voiced “I can’t wait to write a review”. Upon arrival the employees at the front desk were so friendly & professional. The wait to be called was less than 5 minutes. The technician/ assistant was incredibly knowledgeable & offered options to my situation that I never knew were possible, including insurance coverage. Once decided, she submitted a pre-authorization order for a partial denture. (I was thinking this appt would just be a simple cleaning). Rather it included a full set of x-rays & explanations of issues seen. The doctor was great too. In wrapping up, I also have to include how high-tech their equipment & instruments are. Awesome experience & I actually look forward to my return! Highly recommended

Finding a dental office for our autistic son can be tough. He has anxiety about going to the dentist, but he also is excited to go. Everyone in the office was great with him and he had the best experience. Glad to know he has a great place here and we don't have to take him out of town. Wish we had tried Pinecreek sooner.

After my initial visit, they were able to get me in very quickly for the additional work I needed done. I was shocked at how quickly the doctor finished my procedure, and I experienced virtually no pain or discomfort. This is by far the best dental office visit I’ve had and will be going back for any future work I need!!

Great service, I had an emergency and they got me in immediately, took x-rays and developed a plan in just a matter of minutes. In my opinion service above and beyond.

Very kind and considerate staff and dentist to my tooth pain. They are working diligently to help me address my challenges. Best dental experience I have had in some time. Oh the receptionist was quite pleasant and welcoming which helped ease my nerves as I don't like dentists and ones I have never been to before I like even less.

The girls were friendly and sweet, didn't wait long at all to get in. Was kind of dissatisfied with the fact that I never actually talked with the dentist or saw him. I had to go to another dentist because I was told I had infected tooth but the earliest appt was a month and a half out. Will go back for cleanings though.

My first visit as a new patient. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and checked to make sure I was comfortable. I was really happy with the office and will continue coming here!

Dentist didn't show up to multiple exams and the staff gave no warning that he wouldn't be there. Also, staff didn't look into insurance benefits when I asked them to. They ended up doing work that wasn't covered. They did lower the cost, but it would have been cheaper had I waited a few months for insurance benefits.
