Dr. Raffis staff is very kind and respectful..... They treated my children like they were their own. . . I came from a dentist that did not like to work on children and would make us drive 2 hours away.... I had a bad experience with my old dentist... My mouth wasn't all the way numb when they began pulling... I also felt like I wasn't welcome there because of my insurance... My two girls and I had appointments all at the same time, and the staff did wonderfully at making sure we each understood what we needed to do.... I'm happy we were referred to this office....

Amazing staff with excellent customer service! Dr Jones is so personable and caring. Yon is the gentlest hygienist I have ever experienced! Very very pleased with this office. Excited for next appointment and will reccomend them to everyone!

Raffi is an excellent dentist who actually cares about his patients! Our family loves him. We moved out of the area and tried other dentists with bad results and ended up going back to Raffi. He is worth the trip! He has worked with us when we did not have dental insurance and has always taken whatever insurance we have when we are able to get it. He goes above and beyond to help his patients.

Horrible experience, every visit. Crossed my records with other patients, charged me for another patient, gave me the wrong injection that ended up affecting my heart and almost needed an ambulance! After all that, the filling I had done came out after 1 week! Now they won't release my xrays because another patient missed a payment! There are definitely better places to go that actually deserve my money.

I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone is so nice and very helpful! Dr. Raffi is terrific! He talks to you about everything that he's going to do and he listens to you when you have any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I'm 44 years old, I spent most of my life in the Navy bouncing from dentist to dentist and I honestly feel Dr. Raffi is the best dentist I've ever had. His staff is friendly, helpful and well organized. Everytime I go there its quick (not rushed) and almost painless. Its basically the exact opposite of what I've come to expect in the military and the civilian world of dentistry. I would (and have) recommended him to anyone in need of dental work/treatment.

Dr Jones and all of the hygienists always do a great job of making me feel comfortable. They answer all of my questions and are very caring. Thanks for the great care!!

This is the worse dentist office and staff i ever seen. They seem to lie about missed appointments and then drop clientele for no reason whatsoever. My son is 8 years old with severe tooth pain and was refused for what they say he and the family missed appointments which we never made appointments and we are NEW patients. Its sad my son has to suffer for their mistake not ours. How can a patient trust any doctors for their lies. Ignorant staff.

Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and I had two fillings. Better than this other place where I waited in their chair for 30 minutes with blood dripping down. She is very quick and will tell you step by step what Dr Brown is doing.
