The staff at Sanders is great. They make you feel like you known them for years and are very informative of what is going on. Dentist are gentle and they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Sanders to all who needs a reliable dentist.

Never Again!! I am truly disappointed with Dr. David Sanders! What a terrible experience! I needed to go to an oral surgeon to get an implant after a terrible experience with Dr Sanders. I went to Dr. Sanders to get my xrays that I had taken there at his office, he would not give them to me. Even after I paid for them, and they were mine, it was extremely difficult to move to another doctor. He was childlike and very unprofessional. After he spent 2 whole hours taking my tooth out and butchering my gum, you would think he would be happy for me to go to the oral surgeon but no, he wanted to do more damage! I will never go there again. I am still traumatized.

Sanders Family Dental is a wonderful caring dental office. I can’t thank Dr. Lesly, Chris, Natalia and Nesma enough for the genuinely heartfelt care and attention they gave me, they went above and beyond. I fear dentist, I have anxiety plus a very bad gag reflex amongst other things. I recently had work done and could not have done it without IV Sedation and Dr Sanders and staff. I’m so blessed to have found you.

Sanders Family Dental was listed as open during the state shutdown. Absolutely a great experience, they were quick to return a weekend call, everyone was so friendly there. I did a zoom meeting with Dr David, he was informative, honest, pros and cons of having a root canal. When I got in, they went over everything again, all said and done, we decided an extraction was the best choice. I actually felt at ease going in for work, mainly because of the knowledge, personality, and thoroughness was shown before, during, and after with the follow up call to check on me the next day. I needed a root canal and Dr David and EVERYONE at this place are amazing! They were kind and caring and understanding of my anxiety. Dr David reassured me and gave me updates during the procedure and that really comforted me. The techs even put on my favorite show on the TV which i really really appreciate. My pain level is 1/10 and if i would have known how easy the procedure was I would have gotten it done so much sooner! I'm now a patient for life. I had a wonderful experience at Sanders Family Dental. To start I would say they are very professional and patient. So I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 15 yrs, and they made me feel so good and comfortable when coming in. The treatment was flawless to me because there weren’t any problems or issues before or after treatment and they follow up well. The worst experience I have had with a dentist ever. Made an appointment for a cleaning after an hour and a half of x rays was told they don’t do cleanings on first appointments. This was not told to me when I made appointment. Dentist was arguing with me about this policy. Then I was charged for x rays that I did not ask for that were not covered by my insurance. I was not made aware of this during the exam. can you say scam!! Very disorganized and unprofessional office. I am shocked that they have the reviews they do.

I have been a patient of Sanders Family Dental for about 8 years now. I keep on coming back because of the outstanding care and service. Every visit is always a worthwhile experience. Dr. Leslie, Dr. David, the dental assistants and hygienists demonstrate knowledge, thoroughness, efficiency, professionalism, respectfulness, compassion, and friendliness. Moreover, the teamwork is evident because I can feel the positive vibes in the environment. The team members know their specific roles and responsibilities. They are also willing to help each other, so they can meet the needs of all patients in a timely and caring manner.

From the initial contact all the way to post-procedure follow-up, I always feel valued and supported. Both Dr. Leslie and Dr. David are effective communicators and educators. They are comprehensive and detail-oriented, because they take their time to clearly explain the procedure, the risks and benefits, post-procedure care, and preventive measures. They are also patient and empathic listeners. My questions and concerns are always addressed before I make an informed decision. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured to agree on any procedure that I was unsure of. Their treatment plan is patient-centered. They get to know me as an individual beyond my dental problems.

Sanders Family Dental continues to evolve with the use of innovative practices and updated technology. This tells me how passionate Dr. Leslie and Dr. David are in their field. They want to stay on top of their game, keep their clinic running smoothly and efficiently, and ensure their patients’ safety, comfort, and optimal dental wellness through forward-thinking and best practices. Everything that I need to improve my dental health, they can provide with accuracy, ease, and time efficiency. At my last dental visit, I was able to get a crown made right then and there which saved me time.

*Clean and organized setting
In the presence of pandemic, cleanliness is even more crucial in settings such as a dental clinic to prevent spread of infection. I must admit that I was apprehensive to visit my dentist at first, because I would be without a mask while care is being rendered. However, I was assured by a team member that the clinic has implemented new practices to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 such as texting prior to entry, checking of temperature, hand washing, and oral rinsing with hydrogen peroxide prior to procedure.

All team members are wearing masks, performing hand hygiene and sanitizing equipments before and after use. Furthermore, the staff have always performed sterile techniques to prevent cross-contamination. I have seen them change gloves and perform hand washing in between procedures. Their tools are also cleaned and prepared in a sanitized area and are then separated once used. All of these safe practices demonstrated by the team make me feel very safe.

The new office is also beautiful with calming color palette and furniture, making me feel at home and comfortable. The environment is overall clean and organized. There are no pathway obstructions and clutter. There is a place for everything, even for coats and handbags. It is also a bonus that they have TV screens (mounted on the wall and ceiling), and patients can watch Netflix shows/movies for ease and distraction from the actual procedure.

*Above and beyond
Dr. Leslie, Dr. David and the team always go the extra mile to make the patients feel highly satisfied. I’ve had multiple fillings and crowns done by Dr. Leslie. They are beautifully done, natural-looking, as well as painless, functional and long-lasting. There was a time that Dr. Leslie and the dental assistants stayed beyond their work hours just to perfect the crown. This is one example of the team’s dedication, passion and extraordinary work ethic. I always leave the clinic feeling grateful and satisfied. Therefore, I highly recommend Sanders Family Dental. I have confidence and trust in this cohesive and high-performing team.
