At first this was a very pleasurable experience and the office staff and Dentist were very thorough. However, before I even walked in the door, I called Dr. Grimley's office and asked them if they accepted Blue Cross Dental insurance and was told they did. After a routine cleaning and having a filling replaced, I was billed over $300. When I asked about the fee, I was told that although they did bill Blue Cross but I was being billed for the difference. When I called the office and inquired about this, I was given some BS story about the high quality of their service. I have NEVER had a dentist not waive the difference between what the insurance company paid. Moral of the story... Hold on tight to your wallet when you walk in this place.
