When I contacted Dental Specialists of Niles I was in pain, and they arranged for a timely appointment even though I was a new patient. I received a comprehensive assessment of my condition and received therapy/procedures that would correct it. It is now a week after the procedure and my condition is so much improved as well as my overall sense of health and well-being. This experience has been like no other I have ever had in any medical setting. To say that literally every doctor and staff member goes above and beyond for your comfort and to ensure your overall health does not begin to describe their effort, which includes everything from offering hand warmers to taking a full 2 hours for a routine cleaning. I was taken aback by the pride of the hygienist in monitoring the patient's transformation to their best oral health, with meticulous care taken every step of the way. Dr. Anasinski makes a point of assessing your progress before and after even routine procedures to ensure the greatest care was taken. This office also stands out in that you have every type of dental specialist you could possibly need all in one place, no external referrals are necessary. The staff are all so warm, friendly and professional, making this an all around exceptional experience. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I’m not a fan of going to the dentist by any stretch of the imagination, but when it came down to it the staff here is very considerate and very friendly.
