Family Dental Care of Sycamore

This office is top notch in every way. My wife and I have been going there for years. Their front desk is kind, considerate, informed, and timely. The Drs. and hygienists really know their stuff and are considerate of the patients' preferences, questions, and concerns. Everything I've had (fillings and crowns) was done well and they made sure I was satisfied with the work they did. As a Doctor of Chiropractic I'm thoroughly impressed with this clinic and their patient care every time I come. We have since moved away close to Chicago, but still drive out there to the office. They do a fantastic job!

I would recommend this place to everyone, and I already have! The staff is all very kind, and understanding to your needs. I went in extremely terrified because my last dentist was not a great experience. They are very straightforward without being rude, and help you understand everything they are telling you. Jessica was absolutely wonderful and friendly! Instead of being scared for my next visit, I’m looking forward to continue my visits there. Dr. Brian was great to work with as well!

I love the staff there! So friendly and I feel comfortable going there! Dr. Andrew Garcia has gifted hands. My experiences have been Awesome! Go in hurting and come out problem solved!

Everyone is so friendly and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. My hygienist and Dr. Galloway are trustworthy and amazing people!

I'd have to say this is the best dental office I've ever been to! I was here about 2 weeks ago for the first time and for my cleaning and they were very informative with everything they were going to do step by step. I was never surprised at was happening next and now I'm back for some cavities and very supportive when it comes to getting numb and being nervous! I highly recommend!!

Only had initial consultation today. Staff was super friendly and informative. They gave me confidence that I made the right choice in dental care. I have an appointment next week, and will have a few more after that to resolve my dental issues, so will update my review after those appointments.

UPDATE: My dental issues meant getting dentures. Had 22 extractions done same day and was fitted with dentures same day, no problem. They say come back @ 6 months. By that time, my gums should be healed and I can get my permanent dentures at that time. I'm thinking cool, after insurance I paid about $2600 out of pocket....not bad. So, 6 months later, I get a pamphlet in the mail saying it's time for my follow up appointment. I call, set up appointment, go in, and then get told that the realign is gonna be $600+ dollars!! Since I have to have it done, I reluctantly agree to pay. So, I sit down and am greeted warmly as usual (the staff here is amazing). Dr. Brian comes in and after a quick greeting he gives my gums a quick exam and says everything looks good. So, he takes my original dentures, puts some kind of molding cream in them. Then, standing to my side, he puts my dentures in to get the impression for realign. Not once did he stand in front of me to make sure they were in straight. So, once I got my "new" dentures (they were my old ones, just modified to fit better), they are almost a full tooth off to the left, giving me a weird looking, crooked, sideways smile. The middle front teeth should line up with center of your nose, mine are very noticeably off. When I decided to go with dentures, it was so I could have a perfect smile, so I am very disappointed. Dr. Brian is a very nice guy, and seems very knowledgeable, but I'm thinking his workload is affecting how he goes about things. Why he wouldnt get in front of me, line them up and then have me bite down is beyond me. Sadly, I will not be returning. I will have any realigns done elsewhere....

This was my first time at Family Dental Care of Sycamore. I am new to Sycamore and had a broken tooth that needed attention. Great service in every way from scheduling the appointment to the office visit. After the examination by Dr. Galloway she gave me my options on treatment. I was impressed that this discussion of options included a cost comparison of them by staff. I then set an appointment for the work to be done. The whole process exceeded my expectations.

Love them! Dr. Pham is the best & my kids love him! Love all of the assistants & office workers as well. Everyone is always super pleasant to deal with & I've referred 2 friends since I started going & finally finished my dental plan!!

Everyone was very helpful explaining and educating me on what procedures needed to be done. Dr Pham is thee most genial dentist I've ever had. The scheduling people were also outstanding in helping schedule and explaining my bills. Thank you all!
