Avery Family Dentistry

Dr Avery is a wonderful, meticulous dentist and a wonderful staff.
Here are my thoughts:
- She said I needed a crown, and I thought, WHY YES , YOU'RE SO RIGHT!
- They need to invent a drill that sounds like a violin playing a Mozart concerto.
- On the other hand, every time I see a reminder about my dental appointment, it reminds me that I'm such a coward.
- The numbing experience: Don't drink coffee on your way home.

Dr. Avery and her staff are fabulous. Let’s face it, nobody enjoys going to the dentist. This office makes it as painless as possible. They are following all Covid protocols. The environment is relaxing. They call you and follow up to see how you are doing. Stop putting off your dental health and go see them. You’ll be happy you did.

I had a root canal and prep for two adjacent crowns. It was a three hour appointment, but I didn’t notice the passage of time because there was no dawdling around. They gave me a sufficient dose of numbing medication that started to wear off just as I arrived home, 45 minutes later. I highly recommend Dr. Avery and her staff. There’s a good sense of team cohesion, always professional with a human touch, good sense of humor, and not a bit condescending as I have experienced at other dental offices.

I've been with Dr. Avery from the beginning when she was still on Washington St. and will continue to go there. Everyone is so nice and friendly! Dr. Avery is awesome!

Dr. Avery is one dentist I don’t mind going to see. She is gentle! Her and the staff are all so nice. Even my young kiddos have no complaints. That really means a lot to me. They are starting off having a postitve experience with a dentist.

All the staff are wonderful!! I actually can say I enjoy going to the dentist. I hardly feel any pain when I get some work done.. I don’t have to wait for hours to be seen. My kids enjoy going as well. The hygienist and Dr.Avery are very patient with my kids. My 3yr old allow them to do a cleaning on his mouth, which I was in shock.. Best Dentist in town!!! I highly recommend it.

Dr. Avery has got to be one of the most genuine doctors I have ever met. She sits there and listens to every bit of information and takes everything into consideration. She will show you your X-rays on a screen and show you the spots that are considered cavities even if we don’t know what she’s even talking about haha, but I have never felt more comfortable with a dentist than her. I’ve put trust in her work and she has not disappointed. She does everything in her power to make you feel happy with your smile. And she will go out of her way to make sure you go to doctors she trusts and knows will take care of you. She does everything and anything to save your teeth!!

I have had a great experience with this office. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly- including the receptionist, hygienists, and Dr. Avery. I have 3 young kids, ages 2, 5 and 7, and all three of them had a great experience and even said they liked going to the dentist! It puts my mind at ease knowing we have a dentist I can trust and that my kids won't leave the dentist traumatized.

The entire staff is great. Dr. Avery takes her time to really listen to you to better treat you. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. We have been searching for several years for a good dentist that actually cares and we've found the BEST. I highly recommend Avery Family Dentistry. A choice you won't regret!

LOVE THEM!!!!! Dr. Avery has hands blessed by God! I experience severe anxiety when it comes to dentists based on my childhood dentist, and with every visit to Avery Dental I am more relaxed and feeling more comfortable. Denise is a doll and Yolanda is a great hygienist. Very attentive, patient and relaxing! Did I mention that no sedatives are required to help me relax!!!
