Dr. Elbrecht is great, always explains things thoroughly and makes me comfortable with the procedure. I was afraid my existing denture wouldn't fit on a new crown. With the digital scan, this team made a perfect match. I was in and out in less than two hours with a brand new crown exactly like the original tooth.

Tried to reschedule my appointment and was told that I would never be allowed back into the dentist's office. I understand the reasoning behind a 24 hour cancellation policy, but I woke up this morning feeling under the weather and felt it would be irresponsible (especially during COVID) to go through with my appointment. This policy of "lifetime banning" is incredibly ridiculous. How am I to blame for doing my best to avoid getting other people sick? I cannot control if I get sick and this office should be a lot more understanding (again, especially during a pandemic) if a person has to reschedule their appointment. Do not reschedule with this place, lest you be completely banned.

I went in for a simple fix where a filling in my back molar had popped out. The exam alone was $200. The dentist wanted an additional $215 just to refill the tooth. I have never encountered such a ripoff in my life. The assistants were great and polite. The establishment itself leaves much to be desired. I'll go somewhere else where I'm not being fleeced. Thanks for nothing

I guess they really don't care about customers. I had called to reschedule my appointment when we had the big snow storm and the roads were really bad, and their response was if you don't show up for initial appointment we won't ever see you again. Mind you, I was going to be a new patient and never missed an appointment with them. They just totally seemed disengaged and complete lack of regard for patients. I get it, you want people to show up to appointments, but jeez

Staff and Dr. Elbrecht are so friendly! They remember who you are and listen when you have a concern. I'm especially happy about that because I have some sensitivity and they always work to keep me comfortable! Highly recommend!!!

I have been a patient of Advanced Family Dental Care for 15 years. They definitely live up to their name offering the most advanced and latest dental technology. Dr. Elbrecht and Dr. Summerlin are not only efficient and effective in delivering care, they are also gentle and caring. I have never felt I have been offered an unnecessary procedure and have actually been advised of what procedures can wait, making the treatments more manageable financially. In addition, they employ a very caring, dedicated and most knowledgeable staff. I am also encouraged by their community outreach programs. For example, this Friday offering free services to underserved children. I recommend them to everyone I hear referencing dental services and am grateful they are here to serve our community!
