Brian has been my hygienist since then as well, and not only is he professional and puts me at ease. He’s become a caring friend and always ask about my daughters and work. I have been going to Smith Family Dentistry since I was a young girl and now my children go there! All of the staff are super friendly and take great care of us each time we go. The office and waiting room are always nice and clean and the ladies at the front desk always greets us with a smile. Both hygienists also do a great job and are very thorough. I was told that they can't get to a cavity until I have had a deep cleaning. Had to schedule out 6 months to get a 4 pm. Then had to schedule 2 appointments because they can't do it all at one time. Day of appt, there is a wreck. I will be maybe 10 mins late and call in advance. The lady told me that there may not be enough time to complete the procedure so you may have to make another appt, which would be 3 months away. At this point, I told them to cancel all appts and I will find another dentist since you can't wait less than 10 mins.
