My appointment was on the same day I called to schedule it, which was awesome. These ladies were very professional from the PPE they wore to how they spoke to me during the exam. I was in a tremendous amount of pain coming in and the nurse handling my exam made my visit very soothing. She quickly got me through the x-ray process after which speaking to me about the options I had moving forward. After relaying our conversation to the doctor, the doctor then came in and also, very calmly laid out the options again with her expertise. Not once did she try steering me away from the procedure I had come in for. From the time they escorted me in, to the time they walked me out it was a very comfortable experience.
