I've been a patient with Dr. Hamilton for about 2 years now. She and her team have never seized to amaze me, let alone, the place is always spotless and clean. I chipped my tooth and called saying it was sharp and uncomfortable. They got me a last minute appointment that same day right in the middle of the busy holiday season and I couldn't be happier. I'm an average patient with extraordinary service and thought I'd share my experience. Thanks again!

We were patients here for 4 years. The hygienists are outstanding. Gentle,thorough, and kind. The dentist, who was a hygienist, who went on to become a dentist is nice but Is very interested in selling you whatever products she possibly can. It was suggested that I needed a bite guard. In reality I didn’t and when the apparatus came it was very uncomfortable. I told her about it when I first got it and then six months later for a return visit. She didn’t want to refund my money for this product. Instead, she took it and ground on it and then made it so it rocked back-and-forth in my mouth. I told her that I didn’t like it and I would rather have a refund. Instead, she just said, “Use it for a while and let me know how it works out.” The truth of the matter is: 1. I never needed it; 2. it didn’t fit right from the beginning; 3 when I asked for a refund she did everything in the world and squirmed not to do it and never did. That’s why I took my family of four away from this practice and went to another local dentist.

Dr Hamilton’s entire staff is always professional, punctual, kind, and courteous. Instantly, you genuinely feel like you’re family. I highly recommend Dr Hamilton for your entire family’s dental health.

Cheryl is a GREAT dentist and a pleasure to know. She has had to correct some poor dental work that was done by another Dentist. She never has anything bad to say about someone else's work, she just corrects the problem in a very professional way. She is fun to be around and sincerely cares about her patients.
