My daughter's have been going to Dr. New since they were little. A new smile is very kid friendly. The staff is always very polite and have a smile on their face. I have been seen by Dr. New and we set up a payment arrangement do my service done. . They were very nice about it. We love A new Smile and Dr New and her staff!!!

Great experience as always. Love the fact that I can be seen for dental or cosmetic reasons, in one office. Dr Shane and Dr Patrica are wonderful dentist and Dr Patricia offers Botox cosmetic services.

Patricia New is a dishonest, deceitful unethical person. She maintains a fraudulent practice as an esthetician. She is to medical ethics what Hillary Clinton is to politics.

On February 22, 2022, I received what was supposed to have been 40 units of Botox administered by Dr. Patricia New, injected across my forehead and the outer area of each eye. Botox injections are to last 3-4 months, without exception. Within a month, there was obvious absence of any paralyzing substance in the left crows’ feet and the right glabellar areas. I called Dr. New and asked for additional injection in these two places.

On April 4, Dr. New charged me $77 for what she claimed to be another 7 units of Botox. Dr. New never injected either area. She certainly did not inject the outer corner of my left eye. I have had several series of Botox and know when a needle is placed into the most delicate part of my face. Dr. New also did not inject anything on my forehead, although as she stood in front of me she claimed my forehead was bleeding a bit. It was not. At that visit, which I should not have had to schedule, Patricia New practiced medical fraud and stole $77 from me. Then she flew out the back door of her office.

After only two months of having the initial 40 units administered, creasing in the left side of my forehead began. This should not have occurred until early June at best. There is considerable movement in that area, resulting from Dr. New not injecting the amount of Botox she claimed she did, and that I was charged for.

A complaint against Dr. New has been filed with Allergan, the provider of Botox, citing deceptive business practice: Allergan case GTW 471940. An additional complaint is filed with the Indiana Dental Association, as Dr. New uses her dental practice as a front for esthetics.

Every staff member was very pleasant. I was called back for my cleaning very quickly, and the cleaning was painless. I would recommend A New Smile Dental to everyone.

I have avoided dentists as much as humanly possible for the majority of my life due to fear and anxiety. I have been blessed to have found Dr. New and her staff. These ladies are so amazing. I no longer fear a dentist appointment. If you are scared of needles (and I mean severely) Dr. New is the dentist for you. She has a technique that allows me to not even feel the shots, and her chair side manner is so sweet and comforting. She doesn't do anything you are not comfortable with. She allows you time to get completely numb and takes special time, care, and consideration for the fears associated with having dental work done. The outcomes of all my dental procedures with her and her staff have all been amazing. She has basically rebuilt all my upper front teeth. This is huge for me, I never thought I would look forward to going to any dentist, but the work done and patience exhibited by her staff has made me feel right at home. From one terrified dental patient to another....this lady is the one you need.

While I've never had a cavity or needed any work done, (Why Yes! I am bragging here!), A New Smile does a great job of protecting my old smile. The hygienists are great and Dr. New is on top of it. The Insurance staff is fantastic- They are always aware of what is covered and are very friendly about looking into specific requests. One of the absolute joys about this office is their super strict late policy. Essentially if you are 5 minutes late, they are calling you to cancel- while it is a little harsh, it definitely keeps the office moving so when you have an appointment at 3pm you are actually in the chair from 3-3:30 with no extra waiting around.

They are TOP notch and they care and go above and beyond. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!
