Dr. Clark and her staff are Amazing!! It’s difficult trusting people sometimes to care for our little ones. But they absolutely honored that trust today and did not disappoint. They have great patience and were very encouraging to my granddaughter. Thank you all for taking such good care of her!!

I saw Dr Klein on Monday for an infected tooth. He stated he couldn't pull the tooth and that I would need to see an oral surgeon. He referred me to a surgeon which was out of my insurance network. I was prescribed tylenol 3 and antibiotic. This was after waiting for almost an hour for the Dr to figure out how to send a script electronically. The next day I went to the emergency room with an extremely swollen face and neck. They told me to continue taking the antibiotics and referred me to an oral surgeon. I asked Dr Kleins office to send my xrays to the emergency room. I had to call AGAIN because my xrays weren't received. (they spelled the email wrong.) I asked them for a work note and they would only give me a note for the day I was seen, nothing beyond that. I asked for a refill for the pain medication and even though I told them I'm in more pain now than when I saw them at the office, they wouldn't refill the pain meds. So I'm not sure if it's gross incompetence or if they are aiming for the LOWEST level of care possible. Extremely Disappointed. It seems as if they assume everyone is a drug addict when they walk in the door. I'm a patient, I'm in pain and you are refusing to help when it is warranted. You people should be ashamed of yourself.

Always kind lovely people. They've seen all my children since the first tooth. Open concept for routine appointments like cleanings or appliance fittings.

They've always been wonderful! I went there as a child and now have a son who goes. Always fast, friendly, and gentle. Kids get a prize and sometimes stickers too. They love that!
