I want to be 100% transparent. I’ve not been to the dentist in over a decade due to fear and embarrassment. My teeth are not in the worst shape but they definitely need a lot of TLC because of tartar build up.
After deciding to take control of my dental health I called Mooresville Dental (my co worker recommended them.) The receptionist was very pleasant and was able to get me on the schedule for the next day!
My appointment started right on time, my dental hygienist was so nice and understanding. She provided a judgment-free zone and explained everything in a way that I understood.
I needed a deep cleaning (called scaling and planing I believe) which is uncomfortable. My dental hygienist somehow made the aggressive cleaning and scraping a pleasant experience with her concern for my comfort and her humor.
I am very happy with the care I received, and Dr. Rachel was easy to talk too as well. I’m so glad I’ve finally taken a step in the right direction towards my dental health.
I 100% recommend Mooresville Dental, I can’t believe how good my deep cleaned teeth look!
