Apex Dental Studio

My 1st appointment was a consultation. It was very friendly and the x-ray machine was very high tech. Much appreciated. Today, I have my 2nd appointment. I'll be getting a full extraction then fitted in a couple months for a full set. I'm beyond nervous since I've had some bad experiences with having a high tolerance towards numbing solutions. Fingers crossed that I can keep the 5 star on here.

Update: I would 10/10 recommend! I'm healing nicely. Full set of new teeth in full swing. My confidence has boosted so much!!

First time ever leaving a review on anything and that in itself should tell you something I'm leaving a review for my wife's experience in her words for starters her tongue was completely numb for two months after the root canal and according to there office that is a completely normal thing that happens after a procedure like that I've had plenty of dental work and I've never been numb for longer than 4 ish hours to top it all off we had to find a new dentist because of reschedule 1 time after bugging them for two months over the tounge being numb they decided we weren't going to be seen by them anymore which was a blessing in disguise because they said she had 6 cavities that also needed filled and come to find out the new dentist said that she has no cavities that need filled and the spots that were seen was enamel missing and to come back every 6 months to get them checked on and that the root canal was not done properly and there is infection that was never gotten completely out and the root canal needs to be redone and I made sure not to mention anything about the previous dental work to the new dentist until I got an honest opinion from the new dentist about what was wrong with my teeth the new dentist does not do root canals and said apex should redo it for free which is when we told them about what apex did and they referred me to a root canal specialist sorry apex for the bad review but people should know what happened

What started out as a great place ended in a disappointment! Do not come to Apex if you have to reschedule your appts. I had to reschedule a couple of times but I always called them TO RESCHEDULE after the 2nd time they told me I had to find another dental place..I am so happy to hear that this practice was perfect🤬. That they did not understand things come up beyond our control..!!

My wife had extensive dental work done. I have good dental insurance and expected good dental work. The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude for starters. A year and a half later, thousands of dollars in dental work will all need to be redone. And because I complained, My wife was given temporary fillings, low quality crown, and told that she has been "dismissed "! Really? Can we say narcissistic dental office??

I'd give MORE stars if I could. My son and I both had our first appointment here. It's a very welcoming environment; professional, kind people, & clean environment. We had an all around good visit, I couldn't be happier! So glad we found this place for all our dental needs. I would recommend for anyone to come here.
I was comfortable asking questions, and I felt that they treated me like a real person rather than just a patient. (It was just a good balance of patient care & being treated like a person). It's not all the time you come to a place and they provide to you the full package of excellence. I'm just really happy to of had such a good experience.

Great staff! Great service! Great location! Great dentist! I’ve had an exam and a root canal both done at Apex and it was a quick great experience. They are my dentists for life now!

So far I have had a root canal, which was painless and quick. Of course the crown placed at the end ached for a couple days but there is no way around that.

More recently I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled and that was also painless and even quicker. It’s still sore now but again no way around that.

The entire staff at Apex is friendly and wonderful and I’m so happy I gave them a try because I won’t go anywhere else ever again!

Apex Dental Studio is truly a five star! I feel so comfortable going here. The doctor along with all of the staff are truly genuine people, well informed, and care about your teeths well being. I feel this place takes going to the dentist so much less worry and the environment is great! I'm pleased every visit I have and will keep going back.

Amazing staff! They are very personable and always have treated my family as if we were the only ones in the office. I never felt the pressure of appointment times or scheduling over lap. The doctor and hygienist were there to educate me on some new options and truly left the decision making up to me! If you are in or near Warsaw I highly suggest scheduling an appointment!

Wrong patient record pulled up and argued about the work I had done last time I was in. Mulitple issues upon a few different visits!!! Called me sweetie, hun, honey and sweetheart instead of my name; while telling me they made a mistake and being argumentative while I was just trying to openly discuss issue of last visit when I got yelled at for having to use the restroom after 6 fillings.
Once I heard enough and I pulled my records to go elsewhere after numerous visits and sloppy work, they said I had acted out multiple times and dismissed me from there care. Untrue and against what the state board would call legal!!!! Did not answer my calls after my son had his removal of wisdom teeth and ignored future appointments that were already set. Gross to treat patients this way. DO NOT RECOMMEND 3 THUMBS DOWN!!

Apex Dental is very good and I would refer these guys to everyone. They're very good and followup and take care of you in every aspect of your care. I get my treatment regularly and also had root canal treatment and never had issues. The nurses are also so friendly and its like a small family and friends.
