Competent, but also expensive and bit unprofessional. I was notified, by email, that my file was being deactivated because it had been too long, by their records, since I had brought them my business. Fine. Many months later, they're quite OK activating my contact information to ask for a donation to a charity. I don't think their intent was to make me feel slighted, but it did.
