I had the best cleaning! The staff is always courteous and friendly. My whole family goes here and we have had the best experiences with each and every dentist, hygienist, and front desk staff member! I highly recommend this practice 😊

TL;DR - Staff is mostly friendly, but don't get the braces.

I've been a patient here for many years and have had no complaints majority of the time. About 2 years ago I inquired about Clear Correct braces and was told the price and that they also do a free whitening with a purchase.

I shopped around and decided to go where my dentist was for simplicity and I was told I'd be a good candidate. I started the process and didn't have any issues during the first year and started to see results.

During the second year I lost about 3 trays over the course of the year which set me back. However, I was under the impression that the price was all inclusive and it would just take longer if I lost them. Once we got to the end of the plan they had come up with I had one particular tooth that was not in-line.

I was told that was the best they could do and it was close enough. I was not pleased so I stated I was going to go finish my braces elsewhere. They decided to restart a plan and that went on for about 6 more months. Then, I was told that was the end and I could expect to get my last trays in a couple of weeks. I got a phone call saying they weren't ready yet a few weeks later, but waited over a month longer only call and find out that they were there for however long.

As far as the whitening, they gave me 2 tubes and I was instructed on how to do it myself after they tried to charge me for them. I was made promises and guarantees that overall weren't met. I still need to go finish getting braces which is going to cost the same price as if I'd never started.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The dentist are knowledgeable and do great work.

My wife and I have been going to QCDD for about 15 years, now. I don’t always get to see the same doctor, but I could if it was important to me. The fact is that every single doctor , here has treated me with exemplary professionalism and compassionate concern. The technicians have always performed their tasks with the utmost proficiency and always with a cheerful chair side personality. Even the office staff goes out of their way to accommodate everyone they encounter…at least this has been my office visit observations. I don’t participate in many comment postings. But, when solicited by QCDD, I felt they deserved my honest opinion. Fifteen years and not one disappointment.

Absolute love QC Dental Docs. Going to the dentist has always been stressful. They make the whole process from start to finish as easy and stress free as possible. Everyone is very talkative and seem like they generally care about you. 10/10 would recommend.

Been too long since our preteen got to the dentist but everyone was so nice, calm, and helpful with him. So glad to have picked this dental group!

I cannot say enough about the positive feelings I have for QC Dental Docs both for myself and for my wife and daughter. This was the initial visit for all of us, and we were treated wonderfully from arrival to departure! All office staff, dental assistants, and dentist were super nice and accommodating. Also, the technology used for X-ray, etc. was beyond what I had experienced from our past dental offices: no uncomfortable biting down on intrusive X-ray devices! In short, I heartily encourage anyone seeing a new dental office to consider trying QC Dental Docs.

Dr. Beloit has been great but his staff is very rude. Due to my insurance not paying a bill one month, I received a collection letter without any notice. I called to make a payment and a lady by the name of Kim was very rude and inconsiderate of my situation. I will now be relocating to a new dentist.
