I have gone to this location several times and the experience was fine. My last visit was a disappointment. They are not focused on the customers needs and value at all. I was told that I would have to pay in full for them to complete some treatments and even after verifying the amount and repeatedly asked the assistant if she was sure that was the full amount, I went ahead and pay since I didn't want to deal with it later on. I was fooled and had a bill of over $400. When I called them to verify and hear what had happened, they told me that I owed them and how did I want to pay them. I mentioned would I have to do a payment plan. They said since it was on them I could do it monthly. I asked, "will I be sent to collections in the time being since I wanted to pay it off by june. They said no. I missed a payment and was sent directly to Collections with no notice, but my personal credit damage and fooled for a second time. I don't want this this to happen to anyone. They lack on communication and integrity. If anyone chooses this practice, make sure all agreement is in documentation. Life lesson learned. I do want to thank All Smiles for that.
