Strict one strike policy if you're late for an appointment you're automatically band from going there I called and told them I was going to be late because of personal reasons and they did night in me service 6 plus in years ago yesterday because of a broken abscessed tooth They said they could see me they called and left a message on my old phone saying that they denied me service
