The hygienists do a great job. I just wish I hadn't had to get used to 4 dentist in the last 17 years. I would prefer to have the dentist commit to staying with the same clients and not just move on. In light of this the hygienists have done well to try to hold things together.

From walking in the the front door and being greeted by Mary to Dr. Lattner I was treated so warmly. The assistants are so kind and caring. I've always been afraid of dentists with good reasons. You have earning my trust .Everyone at this office is awesome . You can tell they care about you.😁

My 85 year old Mother took the bus to her appointment. She gave the person at the front desk her insurance card. She was told they take Human insurance. But did not tell her it is out of network. She did not find this out until she received a bill from the Doctors office of over $145.00 dollars. If they would of told her they were out of network she would have gone to another Doctor. This is a horrible way to treat people. We will never go back to River View Dental. And telling all of our friends and family to do the same. Then why are you not honest towards new patients and let them know Human is out of network. It would be the right thing to do. Now my 85 year old Mother is out over $145.00 dollars. Even though she has Dental insurance that pays for cleanings and
x-rays. So I am assuming your establishment is not going to make this right. All you had to do is let her know her insurance was out of network. And I know you new that before she had her appointment because you told me Human is out of network. To add to your response My Mother was not confused. Your office just did NOT inform her that Human is out of net work and her cleaning and x-rays would not be paid for with her insurance. So please do not say her was confused. And my family and friends are very disappointed in the way you are handling this matter.

I have super sensitive teeth and came here because someone told me they had a reputation for being gentle. I wasn’t disappointed! Everyone is incredibly friendly and I’m always well taken care of. Dr. Solinger and the entire staff are amazing. They always make me feel welcome and at ease. I love how they have Netflix in their rooms so I can watch TV during my appointments. I watched an entire episode of Friends at the Dentist. It is awesome!!
