I had a developing problem with my gums which needed attention. I called in the morning, explained the situation, and they scheduled me for an exam that afternoon. They examined it, diagnosed it as a probable abcess in the making and scheduled an appointment with an endodontist. I see the endodontist tomorrow morning for a possible root canal (ugh). In my book that deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Jones Family Dentistry!

I just had my first cleaning and check up at Jones Family Dentistry. Everything was excellent. Rachel (hygienist) was very helpful with answers for my tooth sensitivity and did a great job cleaning. Dr. Syrbu is amazing. I've had bad dental experiences in the past at other places where whenever I got my teeth drilled I would always experience pain, and so I approach getting teeth drilled with a lot of anxiety. She totally understood and made sure I was comfortable with everything and spoke to me about what she was doing to give me something to focus on. Best part was, I got completely numbed and didn't feel a thing! It was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist and I will be going back for all my dental care.
