I had a bad tooth that was bothering me, Dr. Carrol was aware of it already, and I called to see if I could have it pulled. They called me back really fast and got me in as soon as I was able to come in. The front desk was able to answer all my questions very quickly. When I went to had it pulled it was a very pleasant process. They numbed me up really good and then once I was completely numb the doctor took like 2 minutes to pull it completely pain free. I was so nervous and turns out I had nothing to really be afraid of. I've had 4 fillings done with the same doctor as well and all of them were good experiences.
