I was looking for a dentist office since I’m newer to town. I was nervous about going to a completely new dentist in a different town because I had gone to the same one my whole life. After doing some research, I felt like Dr. Lohr’s office would be a great fit and WOW they did not disappoint! The whole staff was friendly the entire time and on point with giving me dental advice. I had to come back after my initial cleaning because I had two cavities that had started. Dr. Lohr fixed them right up in a timely fashion! I highly recommend this dental office over anyone in the Siouxland area and do not regret my choice of choosing Lohr Family Dentistry!!!

The staff couldn’t have been any more friendly and professional. I had a cracked tooth, but it wasn’t a for sure thing that I should put a crown on it. I was given a thorough explanation of the risks and decided to proceed with the crown. Oh boy was that a great decision. The tooth was cracked much more than we knew under the old filling. I am so happy it’s being taken care of.

I have to say I was one of those folks that hated going to the dentist and I still am however the Lohr Family staff and Dr. Lohr are awesome and they make the visits much more palatable. Very professional and friendly...Dr. Lohr is truly that hometown dentist that everyone knows which means she cares. The staff are all knowledgeable and they love their jobs which means they care. I tried the whitening kit and I was very pleased with the results. I could go on but I won't...I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Sara was my son's hygienist and she was amazing. She explained step by step what she was doing which alleviated his anxiety. She spent a lot of time with him and was very kind and truly interested in my son as a person instead of just being a patient. Dr. Throckmorton was diligent in addressing my son's concerns about needing fillings and braces to the point that I think he's excited for his next visit-if that's possible. The office staff was wonderful in setting his appointment before our vacation and very knowledgeable with insurance and extremely friendly. I regret that we did not come here sooner!
