I am in love! The receptionist/ appointment staff went over and above. I think they helped me reschedule twice and they did it with a smile on their face. It was my first visit and I was very pleased as I walked into a calming, fun, beautifully designed office! My dental hygienists were fun to talk with, they are so smart. This staff obviously studied behavior and realized frequent praise is helpful and calming. Why haven’t other dentists caught on to this? Nobody said anything negative about my flossing or lack thereof, (because obviously we all know to floss and we all know we don’t floss enough.) They have Caramel Macchiato flavored fluoride. Enough said. And then, at the end, like it’s a secret club, I was offered a choice of three delicious chap stick options! I’m really impressed and immediately texted three friends from the parking lot about my good experience at the dentist! I’m using all the exclamation points!! I’m not even kidding, this was three days ago and I’m still happy.

Three cavities fixed in about an hour! Everyone was nice and accommodating. They even gave me some cool shades to wear so the light wasn't irritating😁

Dr. Stevens and her team are absolutely wonderful. I had a dental emergency while traveling through Sioux City. The front receptionists were so helpful to get me scheduled and paperwork processed; the dental assistant was very capable and accommodating; and Dr. Stevens was so empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind.
