The staff is very nice and friendly, but my experience with the doctor was harrowing. He took over for the previous dentist. I wasn't impressed with my first encounter but the hygienists are good. He ignored my pain in my jaw and a year later, surprise, I have a big cavity there. He said I might need a root canal but didn't do one. Putting on the crown was pure torture. The temporary was rough. My tongue has gotten pinched, so that was hurting and could feel every rough area. They made very sure that the crown fit (for which I waited a week) and it does. My jaw is still sore. Will be looking for a new dentist.

Would give 100 stars if possible, can't say enough great things just after one visit! Highly and really ONLY recommend this dentist office. It's a very clean, calm and comfortable atmosphere. The entire staff is very caring, calming and super friendly. Not only great with adults but also with kids. Definitely NOT judgmental or condemning like some dentists can be. I will for sure be recommending to all my family and friends. Believe me if you have any dental phobia or anxiety at all like me, this is seriously the place you NEED to go! Wish I would have found them sooner! Honestly this is the first place I actually intend on returning to for the next appointment and WILL NOT call and cancel it before!

Dr. Welch is a life saver! He came in on a Saturday because I was having terrible tooth pain, bawling my eyes out. He took the pain away and scheduled me for a wisdom tooth extraction asap! At my previous dentists office, I would've had to been referred to another office to get my wisdom teeth out but Dr. Welch does this in his office, it's so convenient! I will be switching to his dentistry for sure! He was also very nice, I am self conscious about my dental health but he made me feel comfortable, no embarrassment!

They provided spectacular service! They were missing a couple team members this morning, and even so, they provided such a great service! I had unbearable pain from my wisdom teeth and they were able to check me in as an emergency appointment the day of. Kris, the dental hygienist, was the first friendly face I met at the office. She was so helpful and kind! Dr. Welch was able to help find time and work with my finances to check me in and clearly explain the options that they can provide. They all seemed to genuinely care about my financial circumstances and wanted to find a way to work with me. I wasn't just another paying customer to them. Also, if you check their website right now, they have a ton of great deals! I totally would recommend visiting Whispering Creek Dental!

I’m so glad my best friend recommended me to them! The staff is so friendly and you could tell they care about their patients, it was a plus the majority of the staff was wearing Iowa Hawkeye clothes so I knew I was in good hands! After my visit I’m no longer concerned with going to the dentist ! Thank you!!

Was seen to have a tooth pulled, had an AMAZING visit, did a wonderful job on making sure it was as comfortable as possible.
