I was a bit scared because I haven't seen a dentist in so long. But the atmosphere was calming, my hygienist was very good. Doc was only in for a few minutes but what little interaction I had I felt I made a good choice in a dentist.

ALWAYS ALWAYS a pleasant experience. Wonderful customer service, Dr. Phelps is always willing to discuss my dental health and provides honest direction. Anna has been my hygienist for a long time. She is very skilled and professional. I highly recommend the Phelps staff.

I was looking for a new dentist since moving to the area nine years ago. I had gone to a few other offices, and was never really happy. A family friend recommended Dr. Bill Phelps, but I dragged my feet until I broke a tooth and was forced to go. I felt very welcomed by Ashley the minute I walked in. The office is modern and very clean. I was nervous but the assistant, Sabrina, was very positive and reassuring. Dr. Phelps came in and was very friendly. I felt like I had been a patient of his forever. He was very gentle and thorough, and explained every step he was making. I was really impressed at this point and decided to make an appointment for a cleaning. Anna, the hygienist, was also very nice and thorough. She provided me with a lot of good information too. I would most definitely recommend this office to anyone!

Great Experience! I took my nervous 8 year old daughter in for some work and the staff and Dr. Phelps were all wonderful with her. They were patient and showed her all the tools and explained to her what was happening. Afterwards my daughter even said she liked it there; we will definitely be going back.

Dr. Phelps and his staff bend over backwards for you. Very kind and caring people. Dr. Phelps is excellent and this isn't just a job to him. He cares about the end results. I would recommend him strongly. It's never any fun to go to a dentist but if you need one he is the one to call. I'm sure I'll be seeing him in the future again.

I was very impressed with Dr. Phelps and his staff. We were kindly greeted right away and there was a very short wait for our appointment. Dr. Phelps and Sabrina were very nice and thoroughly answered every question in detail. We didn't feel rushed once during the consultation. My proposed treatment was printed out with approximate costs and we set a precise plan of action. Nothing was left to question. I'm happy to say we've found our new family dentist! Thank you Dr. Phelps and staff for making this a wonderful experience! I will be recommending you to everyone!
